Megan at the desk is amazing!! She is the most helpful person ever. She answered all of my questions as well as helped me with the paperwork you have to fill out for your first time going. I've also never seen someone so organized at their desk before, she has everything in place and knows what she is doing. Even when its super busy she can still manage what she is doing without any problems. And she always welcomes you with a smile and a hello which really helps when you've never gone to a chiropractor before and get nervous to be seen by one. Megan is just beyond incredible and super friendly, and amazing at her job 😊

I love The Joint. I work in a well known warehouse and am on my feet all day with lots of heavy lifting and bending. When I first started there 2 years ago, I couldn’t handle the back pain. I had heard about The Joint, but had never been to a chiropractor before. I decided to give them a try. I’ve been going at least once a week since then. The Drs are amazing! Dr Brewer really cares and gets to know the patients Megan at the front desk is awesome. She welcomes everyone in with a smile and make us feel welcome. She handles EVERYTHING and is very knowledgeable!

Had high hopes but left quite disappointed. I’d been here a few years back, and enjoyed it. Currently am in significant pain and discomfort. I called and they got me in immediately and was appreciative of that but the experience in clinic wasn’t ideal. I attempted to explain my pain but didn’t feel heard. Before I could even express all of my concerns, the doctor did some routine cracks for all of 5 mins, told me to come back Friday, buy a package deal, and sent me on my way. I understand chiropractic work isn’t an immediate cure all, and that not all sessions require extensive amounts of time. However, I’m just disappointed that I was unable to receive any support, or relief. And gave them $45 to do absolute bare minimum. I really just felt like a number in an assembly line.

Dr. Brewer is my absolute favorite chiropractor I have ever had. I go to her several times a month, she listens attentively, focuses on solving the issues, and takes her time with the adjustment.

I love going to this location. The receptionist Megan and staff Dr Brewer and Dr Risk are always so friendly and helpful. Sometimes I am having a bad day with pain and it is so nice to be greated with a smile.

I was so torn and indecisive. I called The Joint from the waiting room at the other office and just over the phone knew I needed to try it out. The girls at the front desk were so genuinely friendly. Diane Brewer explained everything so well and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first adjustment in almost 20 years. She recommended a similar schedule as the other chiropractor, but this time I had zero hesitation to jump on board. Amazing experience! I even purchased the wrong package (totally my fault) and they are refunding it to fix my mistake and did my adjustment today on the house until I get on the plan I'd intended to purchase. Highly recommend!

She explained and emailed more info than she needed to for help outside of my weekly visits! Usually when I go in I feel like they just want to get it done with as quick as possible to get to the next person, but not at all the case with Dr Brewer! Thank you so much!

I've been experiencing major pain in my feet, upper and lower back for the past several years. I've not done anything about it, because I've tried other options, and have not received any help until today. So I just dealt with the pain for several years. Not only did it create depression, but also made daily living extremely hard. After going to one appointment today, doctor Diana Brewer provided pain relief through her skilled adjustment that I have not felt in about 7 years. In addition to her kind and caring personality, she has a more gentle approach that works better for me. The last chiropractor I saw (about a year ago - not at this company either) was far too progressive, and didn't explain things as clearly as doctor Brewer did. I would recommend coming to the West Valley Location. Also a shout out to Janice at the front desk for her friendliness, warmness, and kindness. She didn't rush me to fill out my paperwork, and made me feel extremely welcomed! Many thanks!

Second session and have never visited a chiropractor before this. I've got to say wow! What a pleasant experience. The joint is an incredibly friendly and professional environment. Great staff. I was experiencing pain in my back, upper. And they told me on arrival that they don't cure pain they only adjust. But wow all I can say is that after my first visit and adjustment the pain immediately started subsiding. I went back for my second visit today, and after that I'm definitely feeling allot better. What a difference an alignment makes. Just like your car needs an alignment, after all these years I've finally realized my body does too.
