After being turned down by Jiffylube down the street, I called Firestone to get a headlight changed. Jiffylube said it would be too difficult to change. Firestone was able to get me an appointment an hour later. The service itself took 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No idea why Jiffylube thought the job was so hard and refused service when Firestone had it done in 10 minutes! I appreciate the team at Firestone!

I was very happy with the service I received at this location. Reily was the only person working the phone and recieving customers. He also went out and communicated with the mechanics. He did this seamlessly and I can tell you that it not easy to do and keep your cool. I had hit a monster pothole and he got me in that day. He took his time with me on the phone and helped me make my decision. When I got there I was surprised to see how young Riley was. This level of customer service is rare in such a young person

Got me right in for my appointment, but only did half the work. Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check. Got called up to the counter saying they were done. Paid the bill and asked how the alignment looked, to which I was informed, they didn't check it. Asked how the tires were rotated, they didn't do that either. They promptly pulled my truck back in to finish the requested work, however, should have been done all at once. All items were detailed on the service order.

Short wait time walk in tire repair. Even tho unable to do repair due to placement of nail...replaced tire quickly. Never been to a tire shop with this quick service.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Do NOT go here if you need any kind of service! They call themselves a auto/tire repair shop? They should be ashamed and full of lies. We stopped here on Tuesday 8/17 at about 3PM in the afternoon. We were a party of 4 (3 adults and 1 child). We were traveling home to WI from Washington DC and one of our tires started leaking. Used google to find a tire repair place. This place came up. As we drove up, saw 2 guys in the shop standing around leaning on car jacks. Went in and explained to the front desk our situation. He said they could NOT possibly help us with their schedule???!!! Went down the road to Tire Discount Shop and they plugged the leaking rear tire in under 10 minutes! Nobody even had to get out of the vehicle!! We were back on the road in under 15 minutes. Can not say it enough...........DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST auto experience ever. We would still be stuck in OH, if we had depended on these guys.
