I've taken the last four or five cars I've owned to this location and they're usually pretty good. This time I was involved in an overselling incident. They were replacing the two front calipers on my 2012 Ford fusion. The problem came when they wanted to charge me $110 for a brake fluid flush. You don't even need to do a brake fluid flush when changing calipers. All that calls for is to top off the brake fluid. They were trying to pad the bill. It's some unsuspecting person didn't know any better they would have got ripped off $110. So I will keep my eye on this outfit. But other than that it was a good experience and the problem was fixed

Called up T.D. on a Saturday morning as we needed some new tires pretty bad. With no appointment made, they told me I could drop it off and while they couldn’t give me a time, they assured it could be done by closing time. We went ahead and dropped it off right around 11:30-12 because the prices were very good along with the convenient location. Within an hour of dropping it off they gave me a call and told me that they were able to finish it due to a cancellation with another customer. Tyler did an excellent job of helping and answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!

They then said, “we can’t figure it out so come and get your car”. Wow so I decided to replace the brake fill cap and it now works excellent.

I will never go back to your store again. I have went to the one on broad street for over 7 years and this was the worst experience I ever had there. The employees I dealt with was rude I got a oil change tire rotation and was supposed to get a transmission flush they couldn’t do the transmission flush cause I didn’t have a dip stick in my car. Then they tried to tell me I had other things wrong with my car then told me I need to sell my car I left the store my hub cab fell off went back and the kid that came out to fix it pretty much said it was my fault didn’t put it back on and told me to take the rest of them off. I have never been talked to like your employees talked to me ever. I will never recommend that store to anyone I would have gave it a zero if I could.

The last two times (four tire replacement) I attempted to give them my business, they lost to their competitor. Both times due to price... This last time, I was also needing a tire plugged/patched on other vehicle so asked that they "throw this into the deal" and I would have given them the business--they refused, "have to charge $29" for plugging service. (their competition beat them by 10+% and threw in the tire plugging) LOL... I guess this place doesn't need my business... must not be much competition either... as I've said, they've done good work for me, but so have the other shops. Can't be loyal. Regardless of any review, folks should shop around--it'll serve the consumer well! Good luck!
