Called up T.D. on a Saturday morning as we needed some new tires pretty bad. With no appointment made, they told me I could drop it off and while they couldn’t give me a time, they assured it could be done by closing time. We went ahead and dropped it off right around 11:30-12 because the prices were very good along with the convenient location. Within an hour of dropping it off they gave me a call and told me that they were able to finish it due to a cancellation with another customer. Tyler did an excellent job of helping and answering all of our questions. Highly recommended! ~Matthew

First off, I think Tire Discounters does a nice job overall! I typically use the E Broad location as it’s closer to home. However, I don’t know that I’ll ever go anywhere but the 256 location. Larry was top notch!!! He was extremely friendly and answered every question I had. Most of all, he was upfront and honest and made my experience a great one! If you haven’t done business with Larry, you’re missing out!! Thank you for all the help!! It’s greatly appreciated!! ~Kiki

I was very happy with the service I received at this location. Reily was the only person working the phone and recieving customers. He also went out and communicated with the mechanics. He did this seamlessly and I can tell you that it not easy to do and keep your cool. I had hit a monster pothole and he got me in that day. He took his time with me on the phone and helped me make my decision. When I got there I was surprised to see how young Riley was. This level of customer service is rare in such a young person ~Joan
