Called up T.D. on a Saturday morning as we needed some new tires pretty bad. With no appointment made, they told me I could drop it off and while they couldn’t give me a time, they assured it could be done by closing time. We went ahead and dropped it off right around 11:30-12 because the prices were very good along with the convenient location. Within an hour of dropping it off they gave me a call and told me that they were able to finish it due to a cancellation with another customer. Tyler did an excellent job of helping and answering all of our questions. Highly recommended! ~Matthew

We have used central garage multiple times now. They are very accommodating and professional. They tell you exactly what's wrong and you can choose exactly what you want fixed at the moment with absolutely no pressure to fix it all at once. Twice now they have been able to fix our cars in a short amount of time when we really needed our cars fixed quick. They really seem to care about helping the customer! Last July I visited this shop and they replaced my exhaust manifold. I drove the car but it never seemed to be right. It kept smelling of exhaust gasses inside the car. I stopped by an auto parts store to check on another issue and the tech said that the manifold gaskets needed repair. I checked the mileage and discovered that I had put only about 1500 miles on the car since the repair. My receipt for the repairs said the parts and service were only warrantied for 90 days. When I returned to the shop, I learned that it was under new ownership. I explained the problem and the owner said he would order the needed parts and replace them to me at NO CHARGE. First off, I think Tire Discounters does a nice job overall! I typically use the E Broad location as it’s closer to home. However, I don’t know that I’ll ever go anywhere but the 256 location. Larry was top notch!!! He was extremely friendly and answered every question I had. Most of all, he was upfront and honest and made my experience a great one! Had an urgent tire emergency and they were the only ones nearby open on a Sunday! They were able to get me in immediately. Daryll was very welcoming and reassured me (in my extremely panicked state) that he'd take a look. It was just a quick fix (my dad didn't tighten the bolts enough on the tire when he helped me plug a hole, so it was basically about to fall off by the time I got over here) and I was back on the road in no time! I was very happy with the service I received at this location. Reily was the only person working the phone and recieving customers. He also went out and communicated with the mechanics. He did this seamlessly and I can tell you that it not easy to do and keep your cool. I had hit a monster pothole and he got me in that day. He took his time with me on the phone and helped me make my decision. When I got there I was surprised to see how young Riley was. This level of customer service is rare in such a young person ~Joan
