Had an urgent tire emergency and they were the only ones nearby open on a Sunday! They were able to get me in immediately. Daryll was very welcoming and reassured me (in my extremely panicked state) that he'd take a look. It was just a quick fix (my dad didn't tighten the bolts enough on the tire when he helped me plug a hole, so it was basically about to fall off by the time I got over here) and I was back on the road in no time! I will definitely be back here next time I need some car help! Thank you for your excellent service today!

Stopped by today to get an oil change. Big sign on the marquee said "oil change, no wait " it was 2 and they closed at 5. 1 person in the lobby waiting for their 1 car in the garage. Walked in and said hey, u got time for an oil change...My answer was, NO, u have to make an appointment for tomorrow....No worries, won't stop there again...

Had a window emergency, Bill got us right in and fixed the problem and took a second vehicle in the next day for a a/c fix and was done the day. Staff is very friendly! Highly recommend.

Very professional, did exactly what I wanted and told me what they recommended with no pressure for extra work that needed to be done. Car runs great and I would come back again on my next oil change.

I filed a mechanical breakdown claim with for these guys. We were able to come together and take care of our mutual customer. They had fair parts and labor prices that needed no negotiation. My advisor, Darrel was quick with every document I needed to get repairs funded. We were easily able to get the customer back on the road. THANKS DARREL!

Lost brake cylinder cap and ask me the auto owner to run around townand find one. Manager said they did not have an open account withe parts store almost across the street. Yep if u can beleive that. Also air,pressure in tires was not check forcing me to return and ask for correction. Stay away not a good location. Do not call there toll free customer support,line. They are as useless as the garage manager.. So Reynoldsburg beware

I really like the fact that I was told up front that if the placement where the nail was past a certain point it wouldn't be fixable and would need a new tire. Happy that they could patch my tire in a timely manner as well. This place will definitely get my business again.
