I was talking to the Sign for a long time and no one answered I decided to pull up to the window To order there I have ordered Starbucks so many times at the window But at this Starbucks they had The nerve to tell me to go to the back of the line In the morning on black Friday And the line was long Never going here again

This store occasionally gets short staffed and it will take a long time to get your drinks. A few times I’ve had to wait 25 minutes for a pickup order that normally takes 5 minutes, and then the drink was made wrong. Most of the employees are very kind, but there are a couple that are not. One employee treated me poorly when I asked her to remake my drink correctly.

One of the barista made my day and was so kind! The staff is amazing but especially Delecyona (I think that was her name) bomb spirit and good people. Also my drink was amazing!

Friendly and professional as usual. They are always super busy, but the batistas don't let the stress show and keep pumping out the excellent drinks and goodies!

Ordered A caramel frap that I thought would have a coffee taste to it but didn't. Let the associates know I did not like it and asked what would be a better drink. They were extremely friendly and gave a perfect suggestion for me. I am so impressed with this location. I would deff recommend It!! Great customer service.

This location is the closest to my house, the staff is fairly friendly but time and time again the service is EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! I'm normally pretty patient, but I'm around other customers that are visibly frustrated and normally with good reason. I buy $25-50 every week from here weekly. I've recently started driving out of my way to a Kroger that has much faster service even having to walk in. I was off today so I went back to this location, pulled up and received one latte, over 5min later received my second one. I only ordered two drinks??? I can't tell if it's due to lack of staff or speed.
