I arrived at the drive thru around 1245pm, I ordered a small coffee, as I was passing my cash to the young girl at the window, one of the dollars blew away, so I backed up my car to get it for her. She took the dollar and I asked if she was going to say Thank You for my assistance. She looked at me with a puzzled look on her face and bluntly said she did not see the need to say Thank you. I asked for the manager and told her what had just happened and I asked her if she would have Thanked me, she said yes I would have. I thanked her for her honest answer. What is happening to our simple way of life.? I was raised to say Thank You to anyone that shows kindness. I hope the young lady got the message and in the future realizes that it is not just a decision to say Thank You, but it should be a gesture of kindness to customers or anyone who does something nice. #ilovetimhortonscoffee

Use to be regular. But the new staff seems to be messing up my order. Also have an attitude when I address the issue. Would not recommend it.

Went through the drive thru at 11:30 during the week and the drive thru employee was hilariously funny. I was only getting coffee and donuts for my daughter, who was with me, but the gentleman who took the order made my day with his jovial personality and jokes. Keep up the great work!

I always love going here but like other people never get the right order. It's always something is missing or the order is completely wrong 🤣 also the workers seem like they are there to talk not really paying attention to what they are doing. Smh smh Anyways the food is good but the service isn't so good. Ok. Bye.

I order here very often and I always get the same thing, but I receive the correct order about 60% of the time. It needs to be more consistent and pay more attention to what was ordered vs what was given. When they do get it right though, it’s usually good.

Tom Hortons is a pretty standard experience. I don't think it's ever going to be an incredible one, though it's probably better if you're a coffee fan. Friendly staff. Food is consistent, if unremarkable. That's not a critique of this particular location, so much as the chain overall. Essentially, if you realize that you need to stuff calories in your body, but don't really crave anything specific, Tim Hortons is a reliable choice.

I have gone to Tim Horton's several times over the past few weeks and each time I've gone they were out of merchandise. At 11:30 a.m. this past Saturday, I was told there was no donuts. They were out for the day. If I'm not mistaking, this is a pastry shop. How are you going to be out of donuts for the rest of the day and it's still morning? Aren't you required to make more?

This tim hortons is always a bad experience the people inside are ALWAYS waiting for someone to come to the register. There were 5 employees and only one was working the register while also trying to get their food. The pros are that the place was real nice and clean and that it reminds me of a comfortable hotel lobby with TVs, chairs and a fireplace. The guy who was working the register deserves to be promoted because he was working hard. There is plenty of seating prices are okay and food is great but not enough workers are paying attention to the people inside. Plus during rush hour it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot.
