Atm always not working. Went at 7:55 am on 5-24-22 because Google says it opens at 8am. So at 8am someone unlocks the door for presumably a worker to run in and locks the door back. Both workers (the one that unlocked the door and the one that ran in) saw multiple customer outside waiting to enter but did not acknowledge nor tell anyone hey were opening late or hey we open at 9 maybe? No they didn't do either where is the customer service. I went to walgreens instead and will be forgoing this and other cvs stores for lack of customer service.

It’s sad what rude and disrespectful service you receive at this location especially if you’re not feeling well. I feel bad for the parents that raised these so called adults that are angry and bitter for no reason at all. Treating even the elders as if that had no home training. Talking to customers like they actually raised them as their own child. I absolutely pray for the employees at this location. Maybe one day they or their relatives will be treated just as they have treated so many.

Literally the worst I’ve seen I’d like to give zero Stars if possible. There’s always a long wait rather in the drive through or in the store. Then they have the audacity of having a attitude when you call them out on there slow service. What’s the purpose of a drive up window if u have to sit at the window for 45 minutes.

The only reason I give two stars is because they do have a few very friendly ladies at the window otherwise I'd give it 1 star. I texted in me refill for my blood pressure medicine on a Friday and they filled all my other meds which I didn't need any of those and messaged me I couldn't fill that medication until the end of April, then on Sunday they text me to see if I want to fill my medication I was trying to fill two days before. I even tried to call but was waiting 30 minutes before I decided to just hang up and do it through text, this isn't the first time they've done this and it's growing tiresome , I call and ask for meds to be refilled and they say it will be ready by noon and I try to wait for the text stating they're ready by the next day I go up there and they say that they're not filled or on the fill list. This location is by far the most unorganized, unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. Really needs work at this location because many of my medications I can't run out of and as someone without a vehicle and on a fixed income I can't keep avoiding rides for their mishaps and I certainly can't go a day without my medications, it would be devastating. Get yourself together CVS, my life as well as many count on you to be professional.

Definitely was Infront of the door at 8:57pm the lady just looked at me and I had my child with me in my arms. the doors were closed. It says close at 9. Come on now.

Having shopped at numerous CVS stores throughout Indiana ..& Illinois ... I have come to the conclusion that the CVS store located in Chicago Heights Illinois deserves a 5 star rating for service and professionalism. The pharmacy always has my medication in stock ..and the pharmacist Mike & other staff who work there have gone out of their way to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner with no hassles. Thank-You CVS Staff for providing such great service ..you are appreciated! God Bless each of You and Happy New Year! 😊❤️🙏

Unprofessional lazy folks in here. The closing time says 10pm its 9:30 pm and they already closing the registers down and refusing service ! What kinda store is this? I've never heard such non sense in my life.
