DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS GOING TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY AND INSTALLATION! Went to Autozone this morning to get a battery check and a new battery installed. The employee checked the battery, and I was ready to purchase one and have it installed. He stated we do not install batteries at this time, and the store is empty. Since when is it that if you are purchasing the battery there, that they don't install?? If they don't know how to do their job, I would hope that the guys in there receive better training. No one should have to travel to different Autozone's, especially in this weather because the guys didn't know how to do their job. How inconvenient! I went to the Autozone in Richton Park, purchased the battery there, and the females installed the battery in less than 20 minutes.....easy install......THANK YOU AALIYAH AND ERICA FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Staff is prompt to acknowledge you need assistance. I wanted an engine diagnosis without the "check engine light actually being on in the dashboard. The staff member politely explained to me what I really needed. I appreciated her patience and honesty.

This particular location I disliked. It just disappoints me to see majority women working at this location. I needed a battery swap and was told that the battery had to be tested. The lady who assisted didn't know how to properly put the cables on the battery post to check battery. Two I was told that I couldn't have the replacement installed by a store rep because auto zone doesn't do that, not true However I did see someone getting their blinker lights replaced. Case in point autozone please hire more men. Sincerely Im no sexist just an old fashioned gal

Ugh, the good thing is they had what I needed. The bad was the hunt to find it. Item listed in the system but not the shelf here its listed. They had to go through every similar item there to find it mixed behind other the other items. Kinda crazy.

Nicole was very friendly and helpful, she was wearing a mask and properly. I did not like that most of the employees did not have a mask covering their nose and one did not have a mask on at all.

They refunded my purchase without any issues after I found my item at a competitor for nearly 30% less. They agreed to match the price, but not the warranty, which was double at the other lower priced store.
