Visited my home town and it was sad to see how deteriorated the area has become. At first I wasn't even sure the restaurant was open. Inside one of the employees small child was running about the place and another employee was evidentally just hanging around bothering those who were actually working. Drinks were limited and if you were wanting diet soda, you're out of luck there were none (see photos). The place was quite dirty and it was evident that nobody working wanted to clean because as one employee walked in he was immediately told by the apparent "supervisor" that the place was filthy and he needed to clean. Not very appetizing. My suggestion is that if you want Burger King drive the extra couple miles to the location on Halsted in Glenwood, it's MUCH nicer! ~Cory

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS GOING TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY AND INSTALLATION! Went to Autozone this morning to get a battery check and a new battery installed. The employee checked the battery, and I was ready to purchase one and have it installed. He stated we do not install batteries at this time, and the store is empty. Since when is it that if you are purchasing the battery there, that they don't install?? If they don't know how to do their job, I would hope that the guys in there receive better training. No one should have to travel to different Autozone's, especially in this weather because the guys didn't know how to do their job. How inconvenient! I went to the Autozone in Richton Park, purchased the battery there, and the females installed the battery in less than 20 minutes.....easy install......THANK YOU AALIYAH AND ERICA FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE! ~Mo

The owner/mechanic does great work. I had my vehicle in on multiple occasions and he fixed everything and my vehicle runs great. The Chevrolet dealers could not fix it, even after spending 3k with them he got it done for 10% of that. This man is a mechanical genie. I recommend him if you want your car worked on by a honest, throrough mechanic. ~Pastor

I’ve used this company a while ago for repairs and return last week. The service was awesome and so was Luis. He literally took care of me from the initial phone call to take my car in to pickup. Atm always not working. Went at 7:55 am on 5-24-22 because Google says it opens at 8am. So at 8am someone unlocks the door for presumably a worker to run in and locks the door back. Both workers (the one that unlocked the door and the one that ran in) saw multiple customer outside waiting to enter but did not acknowledge nor tell anyone hey were opening late or hey we open at 9 maybe? No they didn't do either where is the customer service. I went to walgreens instead and will be forgoing this and other cvs stores for lack of customer service. ~Roger

I’ve never in my life encountered so many fake tough employees from one company. Harassment is insane and there’s privacy policy put in place for a reason but they tend to break that every chance they get. So I’m be returning my equipment myself to see who really tough. Cause my experience with this one janky store has been beyond unprofessional. ~Brandon
