I’ve never in my life encountered so many fake tough employees from one company. Harassment is insane and there’s privacy policy put in place for a reason but they tend to break that every chance they get. So I’m be returning my equipment myself to see who really tough. Cause my experience with this one janky store has been beyond unprofessional.

After making six months of payments some late . I was six days late owed 96 dollars was harrassed for six days straight I couldn't make the payment due to being quarintined tested positive for covid 19 informed the store manager at joe orr location in Chicago heights he said he ll make a note of it had two employees come the same day pounding on my door broke my window had to file a police report and now I'm suing for harrasment and returning their items tomarrow . On top of all that I informed the manager of my condition and he still sent guys to my house they came in inside now they will have to quarintine for two weeks now the CDC is involved .
