I'm a chase bank person through and through. Yet, this branch is definitely my favorite! The people that are here make me have that small town feel. Everyone is always smiling, and I look forward to seeing them regularly. If you are looking for a home branch, this is the one!

I would to thank y'all all for patients and understanding your clints better then other bank places.Very/ respectful/ firm /kind /help/fast/also they let me vent and almost lost it.Also they still helped find a solution to my problem and have help alot. Tried to open a bank account for my 9yo son. Two bankers greetend me and said I needed to make an appointment that they were too busy. Seriously, yall are standing around. You two lazy sacks of worthlessness need to be fired. Worse chase bank ever. Im literally across the street at the Wells Fargo. Its so spacious and clean over here

I went in today to inquire about opening a checking account. I was helped by Luke Madrid, and he was not just helpful in opening the account, but also took a genuine interest in where I was at in life. He answered all of my questions and was very straight forward with me. It went from a mundane task on my to-do list, to a pleasant and refreshing encounter with a friendly bank associate. I'm glad I chose to bank there.

I went to deposit some money at the window and I counted the money twice on my bed. I went to deposit it and had a bad feeling about it. And they said I was $500.00 short of what my deposit said. Long story, I’m closing my account. They said they didn’t have recording of conversation and teller to customer at window.

As a non account holder I find it interesting how inconsistent the rules are for non account holder check cashing, as they vary from branch to branch. Tried to cash a check here this morning. Was over the 500 limit for needing 2 IDs. Gave them a work ID with a picture. They would not accept it saying I was only a vendor and that does not qualify as being an employee. Went to ACE and got a bank issued debit card with signaturen which their list says is acceptable. Again the bank manager was apoligetic but still would not cash the check even though the ID met their written requirerments she made up her own rules and discriminated against me for whatever reason. This manager is biased against me for whatever reason and I plan on contacting a civil rights attorney and seeing what I can do. Wells Fargo already got burned on this. Time for Chase to learn their messon too! The photos show the list printed out and given to me by the branch manager herself. On line 3 you will see that nowhere does it say the card must have your name on the front, only a signature. Not sure why she bothered to give me somthing in writing if she is just going to make up her own discriminatory rules after the fact, and her smirking apology holds no water with me. Just further evidence she didn't want to cash MY check for whatever reason. She is a discriminatory person and is hiding behind the corporation which is now complicit in this discrimination by having her as an employee. Additional note that lets you know it was just this branch. An hour later I cashed the check using my supposedly unacceptable work ID at another branch with no issues. Definetly discrimination.

As stated in other reviews, the parking is awful, no drive-up ATM, understaffed. This location is the step-child of Chase. Chase ought to be ashamed.
