They tried to scam me and attempted to sell me a 13 pro max (128 GB) for $1,900. They insisted that the price they gave me was regular MSRP but I went home and bought my 13 pro max (256 GB) from Apple themselves, for $1,200.

Went to the store at 6:30 pm , the store closed at 8 PM. The door was locked no sign on the door. Disappointed planned on getting a new phone. Been with Boost for 10 + years. All I needed was a sign on the door "be back..".

The manager Lizette is awesome! She goes beyond to help customers, she's well knowledgeable and bilingual as well. I highly recommend this store and im a very happy customer. Glad I found a manager who meets the clients needs. Store is clean and shes friendly too. Stop by and you won't be disappointed. Hats off to you Lizette.

Got a text from the promotional number this morning about some network upgrade being needed that said i needed to change out the sim card. I was a little confused on what was up and the legitimacy of it. Even though this number has been sending me updates since ive had the phone. So I called in to ask about it, the guy answering said he didnt know anything about it, so i asked if we could look at the account for some kind of alert or something, and the dude just hung up on me. Kinda ironic for a cell phone store to just hang up on someone like that. Called back, no answer. Hot my dad to call back and told him that was pretty rude. And he was like "so what do you need then?" like i was bothering him. Called a different store and got an answer in like 3 minutes.. Come on yall, really?

They don’t know how to do they’re job. Boyfriend went in twice yesterday bc he paid his phone bill and it hasn’t reconnected. The second time we went in one of the managers were there and was trying to see why it wasn’t working and she had seen he was put on a family plan when it was only suppose to be a single line, and the lady that started up his phone when he bought it put him on a family plan and made her own 4 digit code which was 2020 she didn’t put the code he had asked. Now going in for the 3rd time today to see why it’s still not going on. Learn how to do your job. ☝️

I wish you had good connection and I could be on the internet and a phone call at the same time with my new expensive I phone! But decent price if it wasn’t for that I would give no stars. As to staff it’s a different experience every time I go to it so I don’t have much to say on that!

The service is spotty and when you call their customer service to unlock a device, make sure you are there v two years or you have lost your money completely. I wasn't told this when i ported out so now i have a over glorified ipod taking space in my drawer because i loved the phone and now can't use it. This company is a joke. Their supervisors are a joke and unless you go into a store all your going to get is attitude!

Horrible customer service, then don’t give proper explanation to there customer, I spoke to the “manager” as she said and when asked to speak to someone above her she refused to give me Corprate info. When I complained about lack of functionality of the so called smart watch her words were “ you get what you paid for”

i was with metro and i switched over to boost mobile because they had bad customer service. they also had bad signal every where. they recommended me here and im glad i made the switch. They were really nice and helpful. The phones are really nice and non expensive. i recommend this store to anyone looking for good and reliable pricing.
