I like Home Depot but staff at this location seems demoralized to me. Prices are good though as is the selection. I try to do my homework prior to visiting this store as I never expect any help from the staff. Either way, we live in tough times and I don't blame the employees.

I went with my mom to get. Stuff for our patio and Alicia D was so nice and help us to get all we need. Online and at the store. It feel good when people take their time to explain and give you the best deal. We like to shop at home depot!

Currently waiting over 40 minutes for a fork lift driver. All associates aside from the manager, Mike, have been helpful. I understand needing to wait for help, but 49 minutes and being blown off by a manager is unacceptable. I keep giving the WVC Home Depot chance after chance but I’m done. Update! After waiting an hour - nothing. Mike didn’t come to speak to me, no product found.

Love the staff. Customer service are very friendly workers and all around the best since I lived near by for 17 years. Alyssa is very patient especially with me and she deserves the 5stars

My husband and I purchased a refrigerator and informed that due to Parkinson’s he required an afternoon delivery. The day before we were given a window of 7:00am to 11:00am by Home Depot. I spoke to a woman and told her it was difficult for my husband to get dressed and to be ready at 7:00am would be a hardship. She said there was nothing she could do but would change the delivery to two days later and would make it for the afternoon. This morning we got a text at 6:30 am saying they would be there in 20 minutes, then said we would have to schedule another appointment which we had already done. No one from Home Depot would guarantee an afternoon appointment so we can expect another morning appointment.”There’s Nothing I Can Do” seems to be the motto. Having no consideration for a disabled person is a stunning lack of service

You know I'm definitely a home depot fan now then I am a Lowes fan! I'm not talking smack I'm just stating my opinion. This home depo I particularly like because it's always clean, got great customer service and wonderful products...

The world's junkiest Home Depot. Can't find anything. Heaven forbid if an employee has to help you. If they spent as much time organizing the store as they do socializing, a customer just might have a good experience.

I enjoy coming to this Home Depot in Kearns. Always have the part or tool that I need. Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable on where to find what I am looking for. Generally not too busy during the noon hours, busier in the evening when everyone is off work. Parking is a little tight but I usually park near the back to avoid getting my SUV dinged by another vehicle.

Normally, my husband and I love Home Depot. We choose to shop here over Lowes. Customer service is usually outstanding. Not so much at this location. We moved here from TX a couple of months ago. The customer service in this store has come up short every time. We've kept going back because everyone has a bad day, and we realize businesses are short-handed in these times. But our visit on March 15th around 7pm took the cake. It was NOT busy; there were only a few customers. I asked for help 2x. I stood in the power tool section, waiting for the "only employee" that I was told could help me, but she was making keys for other people. A few feet away there were 4 cashiers standing around, laughing and having a good time with each other but not helping anyone. I waited almost 15 minutes just standing there. When the employee finally got to me, she was very short and rude, like it was a bother to help me. She helped me quickly, handed me what I asked for, didn't answer any questions, and was gone. I needed more help and found her a few mins later, just standing chatting with the other 3 or 4 employees. When I asked her for help again, she again very rudely helped me as quickly as she could and seemed bothered that I was even asking questions. I was spending approx. $300. You'd think 5 mins wouldn't be such a bother? They obviously were not short-handed, after seeing everyone standing around for about 30 mins. Maybe they need some training in other areas of the store? At the very least, they need some customer service training. See pic of 3 of them just standing around, chatting and laughing. It was like this for 30 mins, however most the time it was right in the aisle in front of the cash registers. I have never had such aweful service at a Home Depot. We spend thousands there annually. I definitely would not recommend this location.

This is a review from a driver delivering to this home depot, not as a customer. I was checked in and unstrapped before me appointment time but they didn't even START unloading me until 1.65 hours after my appointment. Another driver came in and got unloaded before me. There was no sense of urgency. They need to understand that the drivers have a schedule to maintain and every minute we have to wait is another minute not spent with our families. And the high likelihood of being late for the next load appointment if not having to miss out on that load altogether. That's the whole point of making that appointment. If I deliver here again, I hope I can change this review, but until then, this will stay. Home Depot needs to learn to respect their vendor's time. Very disappointed. If you're a or dispatcher make sure you plan at least 2 hours here.
