Honestly Ive used their services twice. The first time my phone was on the fritz and they explained to me what a boot loop was. Bummed it couldnt be fixed but just knowing what had happened helped a lot. The second time, the digitizer on my new phone needed to be replaced. Got parts ordered and the next day the phone was fixed in an hour. Theyre great!

Battery replacement service was fine and reasonably priced. After only 2 weeks though the sealant used on my phone-case back is failing or perhaps wasn't entirely applied across it. Don't live super close to get it fixed so that just kinda sucks.

I spent $130 bucks for them to not fix my screen. When I brought it in the screen was brand new and wouldn't let me press buttons when I picked it up and put the sim card in sam thing could not unlock my phone because it wouldn't register my touch. I called action wireless and they were closed. My phone fell and got a small crack on the side. So they are refusing to give me my money back or fix the phone properly. Bad customer service And a scam that's why they gave my the phone not charged! Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing short of the extreme best. Charlie don't know any other way to be. He comes to my rescue quicker than 911 has ever been. I liked him from day one. By now it seems I break my phone on purpose just to get my fix of perfection from him.

Drove all around the valley, went to 4 different places that all said they couldn't fix my phone. Action Link Wireless not only could fix my phone but they were able to do it within the end of the next business day and for a great price. If you need something repaired, I'd highly recommend Action Link.

Charlie was able to get my phone (Samsung Note10) up & running after the charging port gave out. I'd also noticed the battery wasn't holding a charge like it used to, so we discussed getting both of those replaced. Charlie also advised it has been his experience that another part often goes out if not replaced with the new port. Instead of "knowing" it likely would bring me back in for further service, I felt that was good business ethic & appreciated his honest advise. My phone is now operating like-new & I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend if you need any service Charlie provides at his shop - go! No regrets here!
