Extremely slow, I did expect some delays but I had to wait like 45 minutes to pay my phone plan which took me less than 2 minutes to pay, not everybody has the whole day without nothing to do you know?. The guys working here do not care how much you’ve been waiting and chit chat a lot with the customers, asking personal pointless questions and dealing with insecure customers making phone calls, taking their time to look at everything, discussing about discounts, etc. I know customers need to be sure of what they’re buying and everything, but, can’t they take care of other people while the customer takes a 15 minute phone call or stares at everything for minutes?, I mean, it comes to the point of the customer just sitting doing nothing and the other guys just looking at who knows what on their tablet waiting until they make up their mind. Extremely disappointed.

WORST customer experience ever! They have 5 clerks, they chit chat 30 min or more with every customer instead of focusing in their jobs, they ask all these personal questions about one's life and make everybody wait pointlessly when they could do perform better. Then they take this breaks every now an then and you end up up waiting up to 60 min just to pay for a service, a 5 min transaction. They have people waiting inside, people waiting outside, and they they won't help you when needed. The worst part is when they system fails and then they make you wait even more. It's just plainly frustrating coming to this store.
