They have a fake restroom out of order sign that has clearly been there for a long time. They just don't want to have to clean it. It is clearly a working bathroom.

This one star is only aimed at the female attendant who is working there currently (the date is July 31, 2019; 8:45am). There's no point to go into details but she is beyond rude and disrespectful, and lacks all terms of customer service.

If I could give this dumb man a negative star I would. He puts my gas on the wrong pump and wants argue that I told him the wrong pump when I'm looking at my car at the pump and the number I gave him. Then he proceeds to tell me he can't give me gas at the correct pump unless I slide my atm card again. No SIR I will not! His customer service is very very very poor and I feel bad for his poor wife who looks like she gets his I'm always right attitude more than she'd like to. So if you need gas from Chevron and you are coming from the Hayward area just do yourself a favor and go to the one on Foothill in Hayward to avoid this incompetence.
