Made me wait 10 minutes for a price check, the cashier and supervisor weren't any help... My friend had to go and take a picture of the price tag because they didn't know what they were doing.. such a shame making me wait while watching other customers pass by and be helped so quick.. not happy. Please label your inventory so this doesn't happen again.

I went in today to get a pair of shoes. I used the kiosk and waited 20 minutes for someone to bring out the shoes. I even asked two other staff members for help because I’d been waiting for so long and they did not help.

UPDATE: they have a new manager and the store has done a 180. Super friendly staff and the store looked great. Hell on earth. Staff was wholly uninterested in selling us a pair of shoes. If they don't want to get sizes or help, then make them all self serve.

Wanted to get a couple pairs of shoes waited in department for over 10 minutes with no help. Employees walking by from other departments but not stopping to help in shoes. Than at register went to go gir button to have receipt email 📧 but cashier had printed out receipt without even asking. No good customer service. Had a smirk under his mask Want to return everything that was just purchases pretty upset 😡

The worst retail store ever. Not only is there selection of shoes limited, they have no inventory of shoes if you find one you like. On top of that, for all the staff that works there, no one is to be found who can help you try on shoes. Skip this place at all costs. Hopefully, Amazon destroys this company.
