We don't come here often even though we are close by. My '09 goalie son has absolutely adored every goalie training he's ever done and when we come in to check out the equipment, we have had top notch attention. They give me the impression that they're not about money but that they really care that every goalie has what they need. I couldn't recommend this place any more. I don't know anyone's names, but if you go frequently they seem to know your name. I absolutely trust this place.

Jeff, Owen, Hank, etc are all great guys to deal with. Whether it's buying equipment or on ice training for my son they've been fantastic.

This is a high quality ice hockey goalie training center. The staff works very well with the different age ranges and with both boys and girls. Separate dressing rooms and restrooms. Excellent facility. Higher cost, but high quality. Runs simmer training as well.

This place is a goalie’s dream...a true candy store for any goalie. We were in town from Chicago and looking for junior size gear. They have both new and used gear, along with any accessories a goalie may need! Hank helped us out today and was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! My daughter had a blast being able to actually try the gear out on actual ice! It’s so important to see how it feels on real ice. So happy we found them! Would be worth the drive from Chicago for future gear!!

My son has been going to Goalcrease for 8 years. For the first 5 or 6 years I would have given them a 5 star both in the Pro Shop and Coaching. However over the past year or so they have lost many good coaches and some of the staff have become rude. The new coaches I feel are very impersonal and lack communication skills. Also they have increased their rates, which is understandable (to a point), however they have reduced what you get for that money too. I still feel that they still do a great job in the Pro Shop, especially if you get staff that have been there awhile. The facility itself hasn’t been maintained very well over the years, but most of it still works.

I was in there today looking for some used equipment. I hadn't played in 10 years and I hadn't bought pads in 15 years. One of the younger guys, I think his name was Hank was a huge help. He gave me great advice on what I should buy to fit my needs and made me feel good about shopping there. I'll be back in there for sure.

A great service. Very knowledgeable coaching staff and a nice pro shop. The open clinics are a good value for the cost. 3:1 student ratio for a full hour of instruction. Much like skating, goaltending is too unique to learn from a regular hockey coach or by hoping you or your child will just figure it out along the way. Small group instruction from experts on the position and how to teach it is absolutely critical. Adult clinics (all ability levels) every Wednesday morning 11:45.
