Usually a great experience, with great service. After this last visit, I will no longer be shopping with the brand. I purchased a purse last year. The lining on one handle strap is beginning to pull loose. When I went into the store to inquire about what to do, the associate working simply said, "A leather repair shop can fix that very easily." Apparently Tory Burch cannot. I was shocked that they offered no repair option or other suggestions! This is Tory Burch. Stand behind your product! Show me you care about me as a customer and about the quality of your product! Extremely disappointed

Was in there 5/6 and they only had 1 cashier. The line was back to the shoes . That’s ridiculous how you run that business on Mother’s Day weekend. That want happen again because I will not come back.

I was shopping with my mother trying to help her find a pair of comfortable shoes she has always loved Tory Burch well until now the staff you employee in this Rehoboth Tanger outlets is appalling. I heard them yelling at people in the back room apparently there was a well-known Bulk Buyer in your store that was more important than your every day customers!! This experience was very offputting I will no longer shop at the store

If I could’ve left a no star rating I would have the store used to be a pleasure to shop in I don’t know what has happened seems like your stuff is all over the place management has no clue going on. I do not wanna shop in an environment that is so hostile between sales associates

First of all it’s An Unsafe Work environment. Management covers up problems instead of resolving the issues, for example there is sewage overflowing from out of not only the toilet in Tory Burch but also The septic system is shared with surrounding stores and that gets into the back room where the product Is stored just so you know you are buying contaminated so called designer products with human waste on and all over the product and including the shopping bags which are stores directly in front of the toilet in the bathroom of Tory Burch! It is repulsive the lack of cleanliness

Beautiful high quality women's accessories. The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Small but well stocked boutique. We purchased shoes, fragrance and some very well made face masks.

It was okay.. it’s a very small location. Great social distancing measures. Since it’s a small store, selection is pretty bare bones as well. On the day I visited my mom and I ended up waiting outside for over 30 minutes. Upon entering, we found out that there was a family that was buying bags and bags of items to resell. There were also men just standing there not shopping. Since it’s limited capacity I feel like the “miscellaneous” people should have been spoken to & have them sit outside so that other buying customers can enter & not wait in line for 30-45 minutes.

My mother and I walked into the store ready to make a purchase. Not one sales rep greeted us or welcomed us to the store. It was busy but not overly busy. The store itself seemed very nice and organized. The prices were just okay. Due to this we took our business elsewhere and spent our money in another establishment. By the way we are also two African American women. We won’t shop here in the future and will rather spend our money in establishments with customer service that welcomes you. Overall impression no customer service.
