It was my first time going there and i will never go again . There was this older white lady working there the day I came in and while I was looking around to see what I was going to buy she was following my every move like if I was going to steal something she even pretend like she was fixing the things I would touch just to be able to get a better view on what I was doing . That made me so uncomfortable I just ended up leaving and not purchasing anything because of the way i was treated and the way she made me feel .. DO BETTER!!!

Store was closed for inventory until 12 noon. Sign was changed on the door three times. Called store to see if it would open, was informed they would open when they got around to it. I like the product but not enough to return to patronize this store. I hope they can look me up in their computer to see how much money I have spent at that store , so they know how much that store will not be getting from me anymore.

Love love this outlet store. Everything 50% off and right now and an extra 30%. I walked out with a new purse, matching bookbag, 2 different size notebooks and a tumbler about 200$$ less than what I would've spent!!!

I love Vera Bradley, this was my first time to visit this store and we went out of our way to come. The smaller dark older lady was not so nice at 5:20 pm she drags her step in the isle and says to my finance’ and I. Just so you know we are closing early so you should make a selection. We may even close early.. If I didn’t see something I was looking for I would have walked out without buying anything. We were there for gifts! Not only did I spend less then I would for, I may never buy from this store again!

Love the product selection- too much to choose from! Great variety and sales are amazing. My sister and I found a lot of stuff to buy. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful though, that's the only downside.

The store itself does have a lot of various VB items! From suitcases, backpacks, handbags, wallets etc! BUT...the handicap parking was nill!!! Either it was one one side of the parking lot or way the other side! There should be at least 2 parking spots reserved in front of each row of parking spaces! If you have mobility issues, be prepared to walk further than you should because of the lack of handicap parking access!

My wife says that this is one of the best stores in the outlets. I even found out that I am apparently a partial owner now.
