JOANNE IS A ROCK STAR!!!!! Joanne is always absolutely phenomenal a nice takes care of everything make sure the prescription to get filled on a timely basis and actually will pick up the phone and call and let me know when something is not done yet. Also again my inhaler was called in and even though I just been in there she picked up the phone and called me to let me know it was there so I can come back and get it absolutely is asset to the company she is awesome thank you Giant staff staff. ~Dave

Service levels continue to drop. They are open 9-6 Monday through Friday so leave work in a hurry to get there before closing. Pharmacy is always understaffed. They are challenged with the basics of how a line works as well. ~Christopher

I love Vera Bradley, this was my first time to visit this store and we went out of our way to come. The smaller dark older lady was not so nice at 5:20 pm she drags her step in the isle and says to my finance’ and I. Just so you know we are closing early so you should make a selection. We may even close early.. If I didn’t see something I was looking for I would have walked out without buying anything. We were there for gifts! Not only did I spend less then I would for, I may never buy from this store again! ~Jennifer

Store closes the changing room 30 minutes before they close the store, so you can't try on the clothing you shopped before... no sign on the door telling you this, so you waste your time. The lady at the changing room was rude and not a person who should be representing the brand. Complained and was told the store manager directed the staff to close the changing room early and be this was to customers so they could have time after closed to restock the store. Basically time working when closed was more important than a good customer experience. This store is poorly managed! ~Scott

I am not crazy about this outlet. I don't feel like the prices are any better than in the regular Loft stores. I always get great deals normally it seems. It would appear the styles and quality of the clothing at the outlet is also different. ~Vickie

I love the jewelry here! I have shopped here various times over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality, style, price, and selection. I had an issue with this ring I purchased and the shop owner was so friendly and understanding, and he made it right. The customer service was awesome. I would absolutely recommend shopping here if you’re in the Rehoboth or Lewes area!! ~Kiki

Usually a great experience, with great service. After this last visit, I will no longer be shopping with the brand. I purchased a purse last year. The lining on one handle strap is beginning to pull loose. When I went into the store to inquire about what to do, the associate working simply said, "A leather repair shop can fix that very easily." Apparently Tory Burch cannot. I was shocked that they offered no repair option or other suggestions! This is Tory Burch. Stand behind your product! Show me you care about me as a customer and about the quality of your product! Extremely disappointed ~Mandy
