We bought a treadmill recently and were impressed with their initial response time, information, and quick delivery. They unfortunately didn’t sell mats large enough for our machine which is 38 inches wide so we’re ordering that from the manufacturer. It doesn’t sound like a big deal but moving this 300lb machine again will be a headache and it could be 2-3 weeks before it’s here. Because the rest of the transaction had been smooth, I expected they’d be more helpful especially on something the manufacturer recommends. ~Elizabeth
