I have been donating and shopping at Goodwill for a long time but after finding out they no longer give you your money back with a receipt for clothes that don't fit, my family and I will not be back. I found out when you return them you can only exchange within 14 days and no more than 14 days. They have no dressing rooms to try on clothes anymore so you are taking a risk of clothes not fitting properly. I will no longer give any of my business to Goodwill.

I love shopping here but you don’t get coupons for donations anymore. Plus the prices have been going up so it’s not really worth it when you don’t have an extra discount

AWFUL SMELL! They installed these industrial strength scent spreading devices that spray this super strong cologne or perfume into the air. It was unbearable! I was only able to be in there for about 5 minutes before I was feeling sick and had to leave from the overwhelming smell. I can still taste it in the back of my throat and I can still smell it on my clothes. I can only imagine how bad it is for the workers. I hope they realize how much this impacts people and get rid of those machines. I was not able to shop this location.

The employees seemed nice, and there was a large supply of surprisingly nice clothing, butI only actually purchased one thing due to the lack of dressing rooms. In the end, it actually is just cheaper to buy something new elsewhere than to take a risk of 5 items that may or may not actually fit.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Staff is extremely snotty and has no integrity! I was told by two employees, INCLUDING A MANAGER, that they accepted RETURNS within 14 days. I was not told the policy at checkout, and when I went to return items that did not fit, the SAME MANAGER told me they only accept exchanges, and pointed to the receipt (which you get AFTER you pay)! They misled me prior to my purchase and did not correct THEIR mistake/lie (depending on whether you want to give them the benefit of the doubt). Theur behavior was rude and completely inappropriate.

Found out that this Goodwill, and all other Goodwills are permenantly getting rid of dressing rooms. This wouldn't be a big deal if they accepted returns, but they only accept exchanges within 14 days, not even store credit. The staff are friendly and you can find decent things, but the store's exchange policy and removal of dressing rooms makes it too much of a hassle to clothes shop here anymore, especially since they keep raising prices.

Prices not that great and is a smash and grab site for theft in your vehicle. My window was broken to steal my open lunch bag. This was before 3pm. Daytime! Manager said another car was broken into recently. I won't be back!!

This Goodwill location features a bright and spacious retail space. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of items in many different departments, as well as the organization of items. Lastly, their 50% off sale for Memorial Day weekend was a huge plus, too!

I have never had anything but great experiences here! Staff is friendly and there are great brands donated as well! I regularly am able to find work clothes and my "Mom clothes" at great prices and in awesome condition.
