Stumbled upon this place on our back to Chicago from North Shore drive. Really disappointed to see that everything was so overpriced, compared to other Goodwills Ive been to. Even the ones in Chicago are way cheaper. Also they seems to be not connected to other Goodwills, as they donot take phone numbers.

Came for the furniture, they didn't have much this time- understable. Looked at kids items, most kids shoes were missing beads or glitter which is fine for 50 cent but these were still priced at 2 to 4 dollars for toddler sizes. Good customer service but the place was overall trashy. Dirty floors, dirty and broken items. If prices were low then it would be acceptable however, prices are high. I love thrift stores but this was my worst experience in one ever.

It was a chore to donate here. I had called ahead, due to living over 1 hour away, to see if they would take an exercise bike. The person answering the phone said they would. When I arrived there the guy outside said that I was told wrong. He said I must have called a different location. I provided the number and he said it was a number on Google not one he had. I called the number again and the same person said they would take the bike however she would send someone outside to assist. While waiting the guy outdoors still told me I was wrong. Eventually the lady who answered the phone came outside to discuss it and the guy outside told her he would get in trouble if he took it unless Rhonda specifically told him he could, which he could not reach Rhomda by phone. After going back and forth with the lady who said they would take it, the guy outside relented and allowed the drop-off. I have never experienced such hassle donating something thay could make them some money.

I love this goodwill (still) but the saturday 99 cent sales are really inconsistent. For the past year its been for anything with the past week's tag color. Today though just clothes, and I am disappointed I drove there for it.

This is a wonderful place to go thrifting. I have found many wonderful things at this store over the years. The staff is very friendly. The only draw back is that their fitting rooms are currently closed, so be prepared to try things on over your clothes.

The largest Goodwill in the region always has a refreshed selection. I've always had good luck at this store. The store is not in the best condition, but finally, the 80s interior is being updated for a modern look. I am looking forward to this.
