I'm leaving this review because I really love buying clothes at Goodwill, but I haven't been able to lately due to new changes. I went clothes shopping during my last visit, found some items I was interested in and went to use the dressing room. The dressing room wasn't there anymore! I put all my items back except for a shirt I was sure would work with me. I thought I could just buy the shirt and return it if it didn't work. Sure enough, the shirt didn't work so I came to return it. Turns out they only do store credit. : ( Sooo not helpful! They gave me my money back for this time, but I felt so defeated. Buying clothes at Goodwill is one of my favorite things, but I just can't do it anymore due to these changes and I'm really sad about it. To buy clothes at a thrift store you NEED a fitting room. It's just essential. Or at least a really good return policy. I don't know if this is a decision at all Goodwill's or just the Arden Hills location, but I hope it changes. I'm not leaving this review as a Karen, I'm leaving this review as someone who really likes goodwill and wants to keep buying clothes there but now I literally can't. If someone from Goodwill corporate is reading this, please bring back the dressing rooms!

This place is a real waste of a trip, for real. Whoever prices things at this store is greedy and ruins thrift stores in all honesty. They have the audacity to charge $40 for a jacket that someone personalized, $20 for used jeans, $8 for pans with no lids. It’s actually quite amazing how badly Goodwill’s like this are pricing themselves out. Their inventory comes for free, so if they want to price things like that, people just won’t buy it. We can get nicer brand new things for cheaper at target/Marshall’s. Left the store with nothing. A message to management, nobody comes to goodwill to spend $20 on a gross dirty pair of shoes or used jeans! Don’t donate here people. There are plenty of great charitable stores in the area (hidden treasures, new day) that aren’t full of corporate greed.

Just left here and the cashier Jessie?(dark hair in pony tail, has a 26 yr old in Canada) was DARLING! She was super sweet, happy, and FRIENDLY!! AWESOME! I needed her smile and laughter today! Thank you!!

We waited in line for 25 minutes just to drop off a bag of clothes. When we finally got into the garage, it took less than 30 seconds and the employee didn’t even make an effort to increase the speed.

Friendly staff, well priced items, with the best seasonal display I have come across in resale. I am from out of town & in need of a bicycle. I grabbed the best bike there. It is in need of some attention, but I should be about town on it soon enough. Thank You GoodWill.

There are times when certain used items are selling for more than prices for new at other stores. Bought two different tripods and both were missing pieces which made them unusable. There are good deals there but you need to look closely.

This is the most well organized Goodwill I have ever been to. Sizes are sorted appropriately and everything is neatly merchandised. The selection is always varied as you'd expect from a thrift store. Highly recommended as far as thrift stores go.

Way overpriced. We went to target and bought brand new, cuter and cheaper baby clothes on clearance. Their infant clothes at goodwill (long-sleeved onesies) were between $3.99 and $4.99 each. And they were Def used, they had initials written on the tags. Just go to target. That being said, the store was clean and staff seemed fine.

Clean, open and well laid layout. Selection for quality women's clothing and baby clothes were limited. Lots of linens and baby blankets and men's coats. I came to look at the book selection for kids but it also lacked quantity. I will probably not shop here again.

Parking is not convenient to get into from either intersection. The store is smaller than other Goodwill. Its clean, and the staff is nice. The products need to be places better. A large pile of desk frames haphazzerdly smashed on a shelf waiting to fall is not okay. Okay book selection.
