This Goodwill is always tidy and easy to navigate to find what I'm looking for. They have daily deals and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. I also like that, if you don't bring your own bags, they will pack your items in reusable bags! This is a good place to find home decor and books.

Well organized, clothing in racks by size and type. No dressing rooms and store policy is 7-day return for store credit so if clothes don't fit you can't get cash back. We don't live in the area so the return policy doesn't help us. I did find many cute tops and thought everything I saw were quality items. Staff was friendly and mentioned current sale when we walked in which was green tags 50% off.

Everything has become so overpriced and the store is very disorganized. There are better options in the area.

Would not take all items, even though in good condition

I will never donate here again. The management at this store is very unprofessional and extremely rude. There is no, "Goodwill" at this store. Disgusting.

Smaller Goodwill, not much for hardliners or household items. Prices a bit high but did find some good clothing items.

I think prices are high, for these examples, stickers for $2.99, a bag of kitchen dinner knives for $7.99. I have shared a bunch of photos to show you this. I didn't look at any clothes this visit. I feel like selling a 4 setting of spoon, knife and forks would be much better than 40 knives all at once. My thrift stores I go to, sell silverware that is 3 for $1. I didn't end up buying anything, and that's rare. Green tags were 50 %off.

PRICEY! Used men's jeans almost at new prices.... Small store. Limited selection. All items were just pricey, from dishes to whatever. Very clean and tidy, though.

I will not buy or donate here ever again. I called ahead to get donation hours and the associate, Clara told me that it goes until 5:45p.m., but we needed to call ahead. I told her I was coming now to drop off and she said the trailer is in the back of the store. I got there and the trailer was wide open and store with no one around. I waited and looked and no one came out, so I took my bags of clothes out and started putting them in the trailer. No signage or directions to do otherwise. Then a lady started yelling from inside the store that I needed to stop and saying I was supposed to wait for her. I said I called ahead and said I was coming and they told me the trailer was in the back. There were no signs to wait or directions given to not start unloading. She then started to argue with me that I was in the wrong. At this point, I had already unloaded all my bags myself because no one came out to help. I was irritated by this point, not to mention being yelled at by the associate. I voiced that I have worked in retail and customer service my whole life and under no circumstances was it okay to argue or yell at the customer, especially when they are doing your job for you and giving you free items on top of that. I have never had such a rude or downright ill-mannered associate treat me like that! I strongly suggest to go elsewhere for donating and shopping thrift.

Used to work here. The amount of product they throw away is horrible. They could donate it to the womans shelters. They cut cords, rip pillows and break all glass because that is what we were told to do. Management is horrible. And they dont give back to the Community and the whole "round up" is a joke.
