I brought in a pair of glasses in need of repair. While I have purchased glasses from this Stillwater VisionWorks in the past, the glasses I brought in were purchased through my optometrist. The screw fell out of one of my bows. So I was able to find the screw and bring it to the location, the associate assisting me insisted installing a new screw “just in case.” After repairing my glasses, she insisted on readjusting them so they fit properly. Even though it was 11:30 on a Saturday morning, she immediately began working on my glasses. When she finished, I asked what the charge was, to which she replied, “no charge. It’s a courtesy to ALL of our customers.” It is quite refreshing to see a company prioritize customer satisfaction and customer relationships above profit. I will definitely purchase my next pair of glasses at Stillwater VisionWorks.
