For RX, this pharmacy is confusing. Last year filled one RX so often, I’m still using it now. Other RX is NEVER in stock and have missed doses due to irregularities with filling it. Finally got a 90 day RX so I only miss a dose every 3 months. Now that I’ve tried putting the problem RX on auto fill which they evidently can’t do for just one RX, I’m being harassed by the electronic system to pick up the RX I still have plenty of from last year. For immunizations, they appear to be in the dark ages and do not report vaccines to MIIC, the state wide registry. They also don’t issue a card for boosters but rather expect to add it to your existing card which I did not bring. So now despite getting my last Covid booster dose, I have absolutely no record other than my calendar and recall. Lines can be very long for pick up and there is no option for advance payment and easy pick up unless you subscribe to their program. We need pharmacies, but if you don’t need to use this one, start elsewhere.

Wait times on the phone usually are around 30 minutes and prescriptions are rarely ready. We left - especially after prices suddenly increased and the pharmacist “didn’t have time” to explain why.

Although I know it appears that the techs try, the pharmacist Cindy is awful. She is rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I don't know if they are short staff or what. However, there is no excuse for this horrible customer service. Don't even think of asking the pharmacist a question, doesn't give you the time of day, or respect your privacy. Problems with an order? too bad! she just hangs up on you. I am definitely going to find a new pharmacy. Too bad though, it was convenient at Target.

1.14.21 Update: I finally moved my prescriptions to Valley Drug. This CVS just can't get it right. They send me notifications that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up when I have requested delivery multiple times. I call to see if they are delivered and they assure me they are only to get another notification the next day that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. I call again and the medication is still sitting at the pharmacy. They are just too frustrating to deal with and they are often rude. They seem to have terrible management and they aren't fixing it. I've been there twice. Both times the wait was forever and the staff was unfriendly when I finally did get to the front of the long line. I just called to fill a prescription and while the woman answering the phone was initially pleasant, when I tried to ask if they were fixing their issues, she became very short and unpleasant. She said they have hired several people, but they all quit after training. Sounds like they have a big management issue. I'm going back to the Woodbury CVS on Commerce even though they are not as convenient. They are always pleasant and virtually no wait.

I stopped but the pharmacy to refill a prescription. I decided not to wait. The associate refused to ring up two boxes of vitamins despite the fact that there was no one waiting in line. I was tersely informed that I was purchasing Target items and she worked for CVS. Not the most customer focused experience....

Most likely that's how they scrape money off of the insurance. It's unfortunate for myself and others to not get the quality we deserve. Double dose rarely does the job, whereas I could take half of the quality and be good for twice the time. Unfortunately CVS is taking over the pharmacy world so finding quality is few and far away. Everyone has bad days, hates their job or gets a rude customer before you. Take it with a grain of salt, just because they work there doesn't mean they are not human too. I have no real issues with the pharmacy just the quality of my medication which could drastically be improved.
