I cannot even believe I am writing this review right now, but here we are in 2022 still addressing the same issues from centuries prior. Let me start by saying I would give 0 stars if I could. My sister and I went to this location to ask questions about her driving test and the process. Shelby was completely and utterly rude. She didn’t even address my sister with basic manners. She never made eye contact or stopped what she was doing and responded I don’t know to every question. Then she proceeded with calling my sister “that black girl”. So I tried to talk to Shelby to get questions and she was rude to me, lack of eye contact or even any type of concern. Instead of talking to me (as I was talking calm, which camera video and audio will prove) she yelled through the glass. I am so heartbroken that this is the culture of Minnesota. Hopefully Shelby and Deanna will be held accountable for their lack of customer service skill and hate for people of color.

The lady that runs the permit testing site is rude and needs to learn customer service skills. She is rude and just made my daughter more nervous. I felt like I was in a bad DMV skit, she is the classic DMV stereotype. She should work with the ladies at the licensing center right next door. They are amazing.

I applied my Real ID on December of 2018 it has been over 6 weeks and I still didn’t receive it . So today I stopped by DVS office in Stillwater MN.to find out why? I went in there they weren’t busy at all . I saw two person was working behind the counter the younger woman was taking care of customers she seems very nice . When I got called I went to the counter saw a double chinned fat women SHE WAS VERY RUDE.she asked “what are you doing here today” I told her I am here to check the status of my new driver’s license and handed her my temporary paper license she was playing some kind of attitude said “ you temporary license is not expired so you can go home and wait” I said I was told to wait for 6 weeks , she yelled at me “that is not true it could take 120 days” in angry tone I just didn’t not want to make more conversation with her ,then I said thank you to her and walke away . I wish her a good mood every day and learn how to provide customer service to taxpayers.

I live in Wisconsin now and over the last few years i have used their DMV. It is efficient and car titles are issued on the spot. I was dreading having to go back in to a Mn DMV and my gut was right. Over an hour wait with only 3 other people in front of me with license renewal/issuance. I was there to pay a 30$ fee to get my license reinstated in Mn after a revocation. It says plainly on the letter it can be paid at any license center. The lady at the counter tells me it's a state matter and they only deal with state matters on Wednesday. Otherwise it's just county of Washington. Wow Minnesota, you just love to make everything so difficult
