Rude employees. Discrimination again it’s disabled people, including me. Appointments should be manditory since there’s only one person working at the desk. 100 people are here and it’s been 2 hrs and the line hasn’t moved. Lazy employees do not recommend

I went in to get tabs they were very crowded I took a number I went outside made a few phone calls. I went back I got my tabs customer service was absolutely wonderful.

Typical dmv. Very limited hours and more than a half hour wait. I'm honestly not sure why lien removal isn't just done automatically in Minnesota. Or at least give us an online option with hours and service like this

Was there on a Wednesday for tabs. One hour wait. They have stopped the numbers & waiting to be called. Instead, you wait in a long line, socially distanced. There are notes along the way that say things like " if you are here, estimated wait time is 45 to 60 minutes". Once you get up to the counter, the employees are pleasant & thorough. This use to be my #1 go to for tabs because I would take a number & be out in 10, 15 minutes, but covid has slowed things down considerably. No license renewals or pictures. Call ahead if questions.. They take online appointments. Be nice to the employees here - they have long days... Update 3/8/2022 The long lines are gone. Limited services. If you call, you may have to wait 20-30 minutes before someone picks up. Go to the web site if you have questions. I was there for tabs. Wait time was 25 minutes. You can get tabs for other vehicles you own if you do not have the reminder the state sends...all you need is insurance info & valid license. The gal that sold me tabs was great.

Great customer service and Melissa was so helpful with my vehicle needs! This is one of the few places that do in person DMV service, so it can get a little crowded at times, but they move fast and take care of most driving and vehicle needs.
