This service is HORRIBLE!! My son talked me into leaving boost Mobile to come to Metro PCS and that was the worst mistake I've made. My calls are constantly dropping I'm scared to make an important phone call because my phone drops so much. And my phone has a mind of its own, it'll take me to things that I never tried to go to if that makes sense, and the ads are ridiculous I have to keep backing out of ads before I can even hang up from my call. I thought Metro PCS would be better than this, my mistake. Boost Mobile is much better and I'm going back to them soon. Unsatisfied customer.

This is probably the best cell phone store I've been to ever. We called them around 6:30pm on New Years day to find out what time they closed. They told us they were supposed to close at 6 but they were still there helping customers. they asked how far away we were and we told them about 15 minutes, they said "come on over we'll wait on you". when we arrived, they were so pleasant and so helpful. I did not feel rushed like they were trying to get us out of the store, they were very patient. Once we decided on our new phones, they took it upon themselves to help setup the phones for us. Once all was said and done and we were leaving, our car wouldn't start and we needed a jump. And here they come to give us a jump-start. I will never patronize a different MetroPCS as long as they continue to own the one in Robbinsdale. They have my business for life.

Maite is AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all questions without hesitation or judgement. She balanced multiple customers at once with ease and confidence. She added a new phone line and activated the phone SUPER quickly. She made it very easy, give her a raise!! :)

Had the BEST Experience in my life at any store I've Ever been to. I'm 56 disabled & walk with a cane. I walked to your store on the Coldest wintwr night this year in Dec. To buy me& my teenage daughter phones and your sales associate. maite was so Friendly, knowledgeable about the phones and service plans, Even told me about a sale for two phones and a tablet deal with unlimited talk tex all for$90!! She gave 110% !! Offered me a bottle of water and when the whole bill was tallied up I was short $10 she felt for a single dad old & crippled walking up to the store in the freezing cold, so this kind friendly woman who didnt know me from adam gave me $10 out of her pocket so that I could get my little girl her phone for christmas( which just made my daughter soo happy& I just wanted someone at your company to know you Have an Extraordinary- Very Special& Kind person representing your company and making customers so Happy!! You Have a customer for life in both me& my daughter. I have repeated this story to all my friends & family and refer everyone I can to that store(Robbinsdale,Mn)

My experience in this store was very enjoyable. I brought in my own phone and needed to switch carriers. The first Metro store I stopped at was looking to have me sign up for a more expensive plan and couldn't accomodate me. This Robbinsdale store was my next stop and John here was very helpful and accomodating to my needs. He was very knowledgable about all of the details of the service. Highly recommend.

I love this place first time coming in everything was clean she welcomed me in she offered me water she was really respectful and i liked her customer service she had me laughing all the time i was in the store. She gave me a good price on 2 phones and cases which that was a reasonable price, I think she was the owner because she knew everything and was very professional i didnt see another person but her i forgot her name but everyone please come to this location you guys wont regret it 😃
