Used to be reliably one of the better McDonald's, but I have been double charged by this location several times because they refuse to train their staff on how the app works, and how it process payment.

They pick and choose who they’ll come to the speaker for! I was the only car in a drive thru for a while , and they chose to respond to another car that arrived in the next one over. This happened at 3:54pm 09/04/2022

Drive thru lady couldn’t hear my order properly and almost got it wrong the staff there are very rude to their customers if anything the lady handing me my food seemed generous

The food was delicious and only when ordering from their app was it affordable. The app has good deals daily and u can either pickup thru the drive thru, curbside or in store. The wait for curbside was only a couple min and they supplied plenty on condiments, napkins and supplies for the food. The staff who brought it out was polite and friendly. Kid-friendliness: Good options for food, sides and drinks for kids. Parking: Lots of parking with wheelchair accessibility, curbside and an extra parking lot as well so if they are busy you don't have to worry about having a spot to park your car. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking spots and entrances.

Well they was real quick on their feet because the moment I hit the door someone was at the register asking me how can I help you sir what would you like to eat and hey McDonald's seem like they have stuff their game up to me I don't know about anyone else but McDonald's will be most likely a second a second choice as far as a place to eat go ahead McDonald's handle your business keep up with the competition.

Will not eat here again ... This McDonald's is a pain at best. The outdoor microphone is very fuzzy. The lady taking the orders English is so broken you can understand her. Everything at one thing in your order is wrong.

It is 2pm. There was nobody in front of me. Nobody behind me. Why the hell do I need to pull into a parking spot for an iced coffee?? I've already been waiting 9 minutes. FOR AN ICED COFFEE. very disappointed. Would not recommend. I've been coming here for 2 years and have had huge orders!! Never have I had to park and wait. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

You guys should definitely get a walk up window for people who want to order but can't come inside for various reasons like if I took my dog for a walk and wanted to grab a smoothie on the way. That would be awesome to have

Went to pick up my mobile order and they tried saying I didn't pay gor my food even though the app clearly took the funds from my checking account! Then they tried to lie and say they cancled it, even though two days later the pending charge fully went through! I can't stand people who don't know how to do their job correctly especially when money is being taken from a customer and no service was given in return! I will never be back and I will always brings this up to anyone who asks about yhis scam of a service!

Drive thru experience only this first visit. (8/17) Very efficient service. Had a Southwest salad with chicken and it was nice size and tasty. Update 8/29/18 Ate inside this visit. Nice and clean. Had a burger and fries that were standard McDonald's. Huge line at drive through. It was much faster service inside.
