I ordered dominos about 6 months ago, and it had a weird flavor to it, i have never thrown away pizza in my life but i did this time, and didnt think much of it figured just an off pizza, finally decided to order again 6 months later and it has the same exact weird taste like one of the ingredients is rotten, i dont think it was the meat so i'm leaning towards cheese or sauce or something but it tastes like one of them is rotten just like the time before. i've never had a bad pizza experience in my life before this, but 2 times in one year with the exact rotten flavor warrants a bad review. i'll eat 3 day old pizza in the microwave and it tastes better than this

Horrible horrible service. Order pizza and it sat their for 2 hours before someone brought me it and it was horrible. Next time ordering it sat for 45 minutes I called and they said they have 1 driver on schedule so would be 2 hours before they brought me it. Won't ever be going here again. Prices are good but man the service is horrible.

A pizza was missing when our order was delivered. I was told that the only discount I could receive on my order was to cancel the missing pizza and I would receive a free one next time I ordered. Why would I cancel my order when we are from out of town, staying at a motel and are hungry.?

The last 2 or 3 times I've ordered Dominos and went to pick it up they've given my order to someone else. Yesterday I had to wait 30mins for them to remake my order. The food is consistently good...the service is not. I won't be back for a while.

Went here yesterday for HALLOWEEN to get pizza as a treat for my kiddos. I also didn't feel like cooking after working all day. I called to order and asked for two large and one medium. The woman told me it would be cheaper to order THREE large pizzas, so I did that. I get there and the guy hands me two large and ONE medium. I tried explaining to him that the lady on the phone told me it's cheaper to order three large, that they should have been three large, and I asked if I was charged differently between the sizes. He claimed it was all the same price. It was busy, he wasn't really listening, and acted like he just wanted to take the next person and get on with his night. I left because I was tired, and didn't feel like making a big deal out of it. I get home, and the pizza's were flat, dry, and looked like they had just been reheated instead of freshly made. The cheese was so dry and had no taste to it either. My kids LOVE pizza, and they didn't even want to touch any of these! They ate but we all knew this wasn't the best pizza. We are from Chicago and have NEVER had any issues with Dominos out there. We LOVE Dominos, and we feel like this one just didn't care or take their time to cook fresh, worthy pizza. I would hope they correct this issue for future guests.

I ordered two 2-topping specialty pizzas per their add online. Took them an hour plus a phone call from me and my friend to figure out why they were taking so long. Then when they delivered, they didn’t deliver to the back door like I had specifically requested. Got our pies and no sauce. Called again to request a refund for the sauce and the girl said I could speak to a manger which, I didn’t get too, and then literally hung up on me! Such a disappointment. I used to work in food service and when a customer was upset, I took it personally to make it right so they’d come back. I don’t even wanna come back to this location — EVER. So dismissive and disrespectful. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Great store - super busy, but always on time for our orders. We mainly do pick-up after sports practices when running from one thing to the next & it’s great. We order a lot of boneless wings & cheesy bread they both are very good! The people working are typically really nice as well.

Bemidji Domino's is always busy. Watching the delivery vehicles go in and out is like watching a bee hive. I have been in the hospitality/restaurant business most of my life. These people do amazing work. A+++++ Love the pizza and the people working there.
