We were on vacation in Bemidji, 8 hours from home, and we felt a vibration when we drove our car. So we made an appointment to have Kenny's run a diagnostic on it. They just drove the car, put it on the lift and told us our front brakes were bad. They could get the parts and fix it for $935. They made an appointment which I canceled shortly afterwards. We drove the car home and took it to our own mechanic as well as the dealership and both told us the brakes were fine. Shame on Alan for trying to scam us so far from home. I would warn any vacationers to get a second opinion if they deal with Kenny's tire and service. In your reply you mention that we came in for a tire rotation and that the right tire wouldn't move and you showed my partner this situation. However , we had just put new tires on the car 2 days earlier and we didn't need them rotated. My husband wasn't there, he was on a bike ride. You must have us confused with someone else. ~Karen
