Can we close this place already? They can never get the order right. Place a order for delivery. 1 large cheese pizza and 12 traditional wings. Delivered 1 large pepperoni pizza and 12 boneless wings. Some illiterate workers there

Ordered 2 pizzas online and waited 2 hours and never got them delivered. Called the pizza place 4 times and no one picked up at all. When I got there my pizzas were made but they couldn't tell me the reason my food was not delivered.

I ordered pizza's never delivered. 2 hours later when I called to ask for an update they said they didn't have any delivery driver. They said I would have to come pick it up or They could refund me.

Worst experience ever! I waited on hold for over 30mins. Had to call back three times. Finally the branch called me and was extremely rude. Good luck. Not a day in my life will I spend a dollar with such awful service.

Ordered the edge pizza and the toppings are not even to the edge, there’s no flavor. The breadsticks were not even cut. The hot wings were over cooked! I spent almost $60 to be disappointed! Not going to order from here again

If i could rate -5 stars I would. They Soo wack with their customer service. I order my pizza through the phone, 15 mins later they said they can’t do phone orders, had to order online. Did that. Waited another 40 mins hasn’t come. Called the store, cashier puts me on hold for 20 mins just to let me know where my order is. Don’t order here. Rude and not good service. Overall wack.

Terrible!! I ordered a pizza and it was NEVER delivered. When I called to ask what was happening with my order, they said they did not have enough drivers, they told me I would get it, but never did. If I didn't call, they never would have called me to let me know what was going on with my order. SO DISSAPOINTED.

Made an order online. Wait time said 500 minutes. Called the store to try and cancel or at least figure out what was going to happen with my pizzas, and I called the store and called with no answer. 500 minutes! 2:30 in the morning was the estimated delivery time. How does that even happen?

A friend and I ordered 3 large pizzas online and decided to pick it up. The order was placed at 11:30 pm and we arrived at 12 am; 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Upon entering the store my ears were assulted with the screams of two angry employees arguing with eachother in the back about some money dispute. (Yes it was loud enough that those out front could hear it) during the time I waited to be served, 10 minutes, a line had formed and people were waiting outside in cars. When the screeching banshee of a clerk decided to do her job instead of yell at who l can only assume was their delivery driver, I asked for my take out order. Please bear in mind by now it is 20 min past the scheduled pickup time. She asked if my name was on a screen and I informed her it was not. She basically told me that since it wasn't there I didnt make an order. I showed her the online order number. I left charged for 3 pizzas and without any pizza. Will not go again to any pizza hut.
