It lives up to its name for real. Items are very affordable here. Items which you will find for double or even triple the price else where, you will find them cheaper here.

Sperate bathrooms for staff and customers. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, however, not only was the customer bathroom not kept up that great but you CAN'T EVEN LOCK THE DOOR. I knew I was going to be using it for a while so I placed a mop handle that was nearby in front of the door as a sign of it being occupied, put my coat in front of the door inside, and played music on my phone. When I got back out the mop handle was gone. So basically ANYONE CAN WALK IN ON YOU at any time. I'm guessing the staff bathroom is neater and actually has a lock! On another note there was one staff member that was helping customers, including myself, without even having to ask first while keeping busy at the same time. I was also pleased with all the things I found there, especially when everything's only a dollar.

The cashier on checkout #3 on September 30, 2021 between the hours of 7-8 p.m. was very rude and if I had time that night, I would have complained to a manager. He seemed upset because we were buying 10 coffee cups and wanted to know what we were going to do with all of them, which was actually none of his business. He then asked how we wanted them bagged and we said wrapped in newspapers and bagged, which he suggested, he was upset he had no newspaper to wrap them in, so he used 1 or 2 paper towels to wrap them. The person that was with me, since the cashier seemed put out to wrap the coffee cups, helped him. I felt like he was just trying to earn some money by working there but his customer service was lacking common courtesy and had disrespect for the customers. If he was employed by me I would give him either a serious talk or let him go. The cashier in this case had it a horrible experience.

The Dollar Tree has some amazing items out for the Holiday season. Can't beat the $1 price either. They had items that other stores had in Black Friday ads for $5 and up. Very happy with the selection. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it could have been a little more tidy.

Got told the store is closed 10 minutes before the store announced its closing at 9 pm. I said its 8:50 pm I still have 10 minutes and I'm just grabbing drinks. To which I was just repeated we're closed. Yet 3 people were allowed to go in as I walked out the front door.

Normally love this store. Organized and normally always friendly employees. Except the night of 6/14/19. I think the self check out at Walmart has more personality and customer service skills than the young pregnant women at the register! She didn't say a word except to mumble out our totals (both around 30$ each) She was glued to her phone before, during and immeadatly after checking us out. She wouldn't even hand me my bags!! I had to reach over the counter to her side to get them myself. Very disappointed that management allows this as she seemed very comfortable doing it. ☹
