Night shift, rude female cashier. Seriously don’t know why if you hate your job, don’t wanna do customer service then go work somewhere else you enjoy. But miserable people will be miserable people

What a filthy understocked place. They seldom have staple items in stock. Everything and I mean everything is filthy. They even have a huge broken price of cement just laying in the parking lot. What is going on? Gross!

This is a 24 hour gas station. Unfortunately the overnight shift shuts the store down for hours every night And just looks at groups of people knocking on the front door trying to get in. You will stand there looking in for an employee and then when you knock on the glass he jumps up from behind an aisle and acts like he is stocking or cleaning up something. This is by far the worst store i have ever been in in my entire life.The morning shift is wonderful! Overnight shift is absolutely dreadful.

This store is the absolute worst. It's always closes for an hour for cleaning yet list's that it's a 24 hour gas station... I have been inconvenienced once before around 3am.... It's like they close sporadically whenever they feel like it.

I showed up around 5:20am Monday morning to get gas before work. There was one attendant in the store, and it was “closed for an hour for cleaning”. The fill up required approval from the cashier inside on their POS system, and he wouldn’t do it! He just pointed at the hand written sign on the door. Needless to say I’ll never be back. Holiday is just down the street, and you get much better service

Stopped in to grab a coffee. Store is complete chaos. Decided to transfer to my coffee mug and thank God I did. Took a look in the cup and the cream was all curdled.

There are two employees who are regulars and friendly. It seems to have a revolving door for new employees. New employees are lazy, rude and inconsiderate. Garbage is constantly covering the parking lot, the windshield cleaning stations are broken, missing the cleaning tools and always empty. The you always have to go inside to get a receipt because the pump is always out of paper. Last resort gas station.

Came to Speedway tonight around 9:40pm. Rude male staff and female staff tonight. Gave him a $20 total was $13. The male staff said “ I should keep your money and your wraps” and rang out my transaction as exact change. And he stood there as I I was going to leave. Then a few minutes he had to use his phone to math out how much change to give back to and complained he had to open the cash drawer. I asked for zigzag wraps and they were put up front. The female staff (sitting on a stool) said to “go check in the back” and then the male staff said “why don’t you”. Well nobody went to go check, then another customer asked for backwoods wraps and she got up and got the wraps for him from the back. We have lived in this neighborhood for 9yrs. Night staff are always the worst ever!! The only staff they have worth keeping around is Mickey and Harold. Just because you are behind bullet proof glass does not give you the right to withhold someone’s change or act like you better then the next person in line. Maybe Elsa should be working night shift with these employees to train them correctly, time to step up and be a real leader!!!

I brought my items up to the counter for Demetrius to scan this morning. First of all he never greets anyone, never looks them in the eye, never says thank you or would you like a bag? Today my item wouldn't scan and he sharply says in a disrespectful tone, "Go get another one!" I said to try scanning it again without the bulletproof glass in the way. He scanned it and gets loud this time and says, "Like I said, go get another one!" I told him to lose the attitude and he said, "Or what?!" I left my items at the counter and went to Holiday, which ended up making me late for work. It is too early for that kind of attitude. Nobody wants to be up that late, least you can do is have a decent attitude instead of adding to an already exhausting morning.
