Terrible. I waited 12 mins for a simple bag of ice. My husband and I use to work this location. We never had waits extended 4mins. The wait time is absolutely absurd! Your staff is rude sloppy and didn't give a receipt either. I will be talking to the district manager Frankie. My complaint will be noticed

Staff is nice...but this is "baconator fries" and "sour cream and chive baked potato". Extremely disappointed. Both are cold. I drove less than 5 minutes away to dig in anyway. NOT WORTH IT.

I like Wendy's. Been eating there for decades. Burgers are generous, fresh, and a cut above typical burger joints. I love the fries. I think they have good salads. Here's a lynch hack, buy the baked potato with chives and sour cream. Now get the Chili. Eat them together, dump the chili on the potato, for a very satisfying meal. Don't forget the chocolate Frosty!

I only go to this location weekday mornings for breakfast, but their service is always fast and the food is put together right. The staff at that time seem to be having fun and it shows in their work.

Seriously need some upper management supervision over these kids. Got everything wrong on our order. Had to show them our receipt and explain THEY asked US if we wanted to upgrade our combo to a large and we said Yes please and can I add bacon to that? They acknowledged the bacon, and it was on the receipt. Also ordered a large frosty. Got to the food window, was handed a small bag of the wrong order. Had to repeat our order 3 maybe 4 times. Still tried to hand us a small fry and small frosty. At that point we opened our sandwich and guess what!?! NO BACON! Showed them our receipt a second time. Had the drive thru line held up for 20 minutes while 4 kids were giving US attitude for THEIR mistakes?!? And now we are too scared to eat our food for fear of spit in it.. Never again Wendy's of Brooklyn Centet Never Ever again.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would how is there no customers in the whole entire line I ordered one simple thing I got an attitude and I got Honey all over everything but the freaking sandwich. Pictures speak volumes, When paying five dollars for one piece of chicken in a biscuit spend a couple dollars in gas money to go somewhere else

Slowest drive thru ever. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Never got my apple pecan salad and asked for no mayo on our burger and it was covered in it. I couldn't go back to ask for my salad because the line was so long and the dining space doors were locked. Terrible experience and will not be back to this Wendy's.

Probably the worst and slowest Wendy’s In MN. Not only do they take literally 10 minutes per car they constantly mess up orders and have poor customer service. They should either re train the staff or get new management as it seems like no other Wendy’s has became this poor In service quality.

Only drive thru was open. Had to get out of the car only to find doors locked. If they did not have enough staff to use the dining room, they should have had huge signs on all sides stating "drive thru only". We left without going thru drivethru. We were not close to home & did not want to eat in the car. We went somewhere else where we could eat in the dining room.

We just purchased beverages and a cookie, and went inside, yesterday, April 4. I suppose they are having a difficult time getting help for cleaning. The bathroom was not impressive. Inside the toilet I used was very dirty. The stall walls, stainless, looked so dirty. It kind of makes one wonder how clean the kitchen is. We really like Wendy’s and like that the dining area is open but so sorry that many people don’t have pride in their work anymore. Hopefully it will improve very soon. We want pride in our city and our businesses.
