CVS Pharmacy

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this pharmacy and I strongly suggest using another one in town. My family member was treated very poorly at this location. Wait times on the phone usually are around 30 minutes and prescriptions are rarely ready. Information about prescriptions, such as cost, vary from person to person and are different on the website too - very confusing and frustrating. The pharmacist is rude, invasive and lacks compassion. It feels like she tries to prevent people from getting the medication their doctors have prescribed. She has opinions which she will express and leaves people feeling terrible. She does not try to problem-solve or help. Her attitude comes off as being condescending and cold. As a family, we did not have issues at CVS until this recent change in staffing. We left - especially after prices suddenly increased and the pharmacist “didn’t have time” to explain why. ~Educational

Dmv Testing center Valley Ridge Plaza

I cannot even believe I am writing this review right now, but here we are in 2022 still addressing the same issues from centuries prior. Let me start by saying I would give 0 stars if I could. My sister and I went to this location to ask questions about her driving test and the process. Shelby was completely and utterly rude. She didn’t even address my sister with basic manners. She never made eye contact or stopped what she was doing and responded I don’t know to every question. Then she proceeded with calling my sister “that black girl”. So I tried to talk to Shelby to get questions and she was rude to me, lack of eye contact or even any type of concern. Instead of talking to me (as I was talking calm, which camera video and audio will prove) she yelled through the glass. I am so heartbroken that this is the culture of Minnesota. Hopefully Shelby and Deanna will be held accountable for their lack of customer service skill and hate for people of color. ~C'Ajia

Lake Area Bank

I bank online and don't have a brick and mortar to really visit. My daughter likes collecting old bills ($2 and $5), we go to the drive through and I let the teller know that my daughter wanted to ask but she doesn't really need to look very hard. I am greeted with a "are you a customer", which is a super valid question. I told her no but my daughter likes asking . . . was cut short with, I can't look if you are not a customer . . Went to Huntington Bank across the street. The teller pretended my daughter was a customer and swapped some 1s for a 2 dollar bill. Asked if we wanted to set up a little bank account for her. I have an appointment next week to get an account set up for us both. Probably not a bad bank, just not very human centric. ~ryan
