Best bank in Stillwater, Minnesota (MN) 2024

Tellers where very nice and efficient. It was a cute and quiet little office with air conditioning and nice comfy couches to sit and relax a bit on. ~Soleil

I bank online and don't have a brick and mortar to really visit. My daughter likes collecting old bills ($2 and $5), we go to the drive through and I let the teller know that my daughter wanted to ask but she doesn't really need to look very hard. I am greeted with a "are you a customer", which is a super valid question. I told her no but my daughter likes asking . . . was cut short with, I can't look if you are not a customer . . Went to Huntington Bank across the street. The teller pretended my daughter was a customer and swapped some 1s for a 2 dollar bill. Asked if we wanted to set up a little bank account for her. I have an appointment next week to get an account set up for us both. Probably not a bad bank, just not very human centric. ~ryan

I will often times drive out of my way, by about 13 miles, to go to this branch instead of the three closer offices. The staff here is nothing short of amazing, I do all my business baking with LuAnn, she bends over backwards to make sure I am helped and that all my questions are answered. Everybody here knows my name when I walk in, asks how my day is going and they are just genuinely happy. ~Jessica
