Blocked, chased customer out for money at night time and was no other people around! Terrified the hell of me! Importantly, the employee was the one who made the mistake. If you can’t do your job right and handle a situation appropriately don’t work that job! Talked to the manager, he doesn’t seem care either. Beyond horrible, instead felt he encourage his employees to do that! What! No wonder so many one star review at this location. Just sad. ~Jenny

I will often times drive out of my way, by about 13 miles, to go to this branch instead of the three closer offices. The staff here is nothing short of amazing, I do all my business baking with LuAnn, she bends over backwards to make sure I am helped and that all my questions are answered. Everybody here knows my name when I walk in, asks how my day is going and they are just genuinely happy. ~Jessica

Love the feedback these gals give every time! They have such a lovely selection. Atmosphere has always been fun. Glasses always come in faster than expected and even when I sit on them they manage to bring them back to life for me. Hey Mitch! Ever since you took ownership of this place, it has gotten so much nicer. I only have one complaint. The card Machines. They take quite a bit of time to read for me. A few other people have said the same thing. Maybe we have faulty cards but just letting you know! 5 stars overall though,the car wash is really nice now ~Trent

Five Below is great for kids and young adults. I have a lot of fun shopping with my daughter at this store. They have a great selection for the price. I've picked up Squishmallows, drawing paper, anime posters, fashion accessories, and candy here. The most popular items at this location are Squishmallows and art supplies. They also sell cute home decor in-store and online. Paying is easy. There's a survey at the end, that if you answer, Five Below gives a charitable donation. Also, I haven't had any issues with returns or exchanges. The staff here have been extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you! ~Carissa

I've paid at the pump a few times - No issues here. Their prices are occasionally cheaper than Holiday's. I agree with others that the store needs updating. I've never gone inside, but that's because it's not very inviting from the outside. But, there's a nostalgic vibe to the store. Maybe a few updates and it could be the home town feel shop. Anyway, the gas station did its job, I got some gas at the pump, and I'm glad I did because I saved some money at the pump. Thank you. ~Carissa

We have been using the UPS Store location for the last few years and have always had a good experience. Recently, I shipped a rather large and heavy package which I elected to add insurance to. We did experience damage in the shipping process, and I was very pleased with how Sarah (Store Manager) went about investigating and advising me on the claim process. It's rare that you experience this level of service these days. While I was disappointed to learn of the damage, I was grateful for Sarah's assistance and will continue to use this UPS Store as our primary shipping center. ~David

Johnny's TV did an incredible job with the sound system in the Washington County Heritage Center. They took our ideas for the space and found the best setup at a fair price. They also did a beautiful and careful job with the installation. Very kind people you can trust! ~Emily
