Ordered a catering pack for a party, and it “ready for pickup” 90 minutes before the pickup time I scheduled it for. That was frustrating, but at least I assumed they would have kept them cold that far in advance. When I walked in to pick them up there were sitting on a shelf. So now do I order pizza? Or get food poisoning? So mad!

I visited this particular location to pick up a sandwich I wasn’t thrilled by the amount of discussion and the kind of discussion that was going on between the employees I feel like it’s appropriate to have as much conversation as you want when there’s not gas in the store but when there’s guest in the store it needs to be professional and it needs to be on topic relevant to what’s happening and the appearance of the store could’ve been better it just seemed like it needed a deep cleaning.

I enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches. No matter which one I go to, and I've been to write a few, they are always consistently good. I like that they're sandwiches has predefined meat and veggies based on which option you choose. They make the sandwiches quickly so 8 can order, eat, and go within 30 minutes or less. Their restaurants are always clean as well.
