Usually located in the suburbs, Total Wine & More is paradise for anyone who enjoys alcohol. Housed in large buildings, the inside is filled with aisle after aisle of wine from around the country and world, craft beer and hard cider, and other gems. Also, the prices are usually more affordable!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I am 32 years old and Total wine refused to sell me alcohol because a 20 year old mason kid walked in behind me. The manager was extremely rude and asked us to leave the store. She told us we were trying to resell alcohol to Mason kids. How does a liquor store not sell to grown adults and make lies about their customers?? Ive never in my life had such a horrible experience. We will not be back.

Excellent customer service! Awesome prices! I never would go there because I thought they were expensive! My daughter suggested but they had good prices and I said no they don't! She's very much the type that insist she's always right my daughter that is…LOL… so I went and lo and behold they have excellent prices! I signed up to be a part of their Club and I'm in now! Meaning I signed up with my email address! I did great advertisements about discounts! That's where she was buying my bottles of wine from for holiday parties on my birthday and she wanted to get me a bottle of wine was he bought it over for dinner! Smart girl!

Very clean and well organized place. Also the employees are so friendly, nice, and professional. I was asked if I needed any help by 4 employees in less than 30 minutes, such an amazing experience in a small store. I found a very big collection of non Alcholic drinks that I didn't see in any other store. Difenately recommended this store to anybody who looks for great products and great customer service.

Great prices, selection and service. I picked up beer that was sold out at the the location and they honored the same price. I was concerned that name might not honor the sale price when I arrived but I talk with the manager and he was very accommodating. If this review was helpful to you, please give it a thumbs up!

First of all I love that this place has pretty much all the wine that I can look up online and find it here. Secondly, this place also has a section where the top 10 popular wine selection that you can try out that changes every do often. I love their recommendations and pricing is reasonable as well. Finally every section is very well organized and clean so this is awesome if you want to spend your time after work with a glass of wine. I recommend it! =)

Absolutely wonderful selections. The employees are really nice and can help you find anything or help you find something to try. There was even a set up for wine tasting. Pretty neat. I couldn't get pictures of everything. Don't be folled by the exterior, this place is a grocery store of wine. (There's some other sfuff too like craft beer. )

I had a good experience shopping here. The staff member helped me choose several wines. The selection is varied and ranges in price. I also bought cider. I like their new rewards program.

Very helpful staff and wonderful selection. I was able to get a bottle of wine from the country of Georgia, which not normally found in my local wine stores. Also has authentic German beer selection for Oktoberfest!
