Not great. Building's exterior looks rundown and the parking lot needs repair. Employees are minimally helpful, at best. Their main concern is selling you something, not really helping you find what you need. Same experience is rendered here as at any T-Mobile store.

I only go to this location. Because the lady that works there and is ALWAYS there, knows her stuff and has been extremely helpful Good customer service means alot to me. I've been to other locations in the Reading, PA 19601 area, and the staff doesn't smile or seem interested in helping.

Very clean! Always polite and willing to help. No problem is too big or small. No high pressure to upgrade or buy extras although there are many options.

Nice, clean store. The staff are not very honest or, dont have enough training. I financed 2 phones and was told a different amount and number of payments than what the actual figures are. I had a bluetooth headset in my bag, I thought it was a free incentive. Found out it was included in my financing $74 extra. I went back 2 days later and saw the manager, explained the issue and was told "Sorry, I will talk to the girls". Claimed he couldnt refund financed items.

It took forever. Slow computer at a mobile phone store! Makes me wonder if I went with the right company. The sales person was nice but looked tired. We ended getting a free phone.
