Called here to see if they were available to repair my wifes broken cell screen. Was told yes bring it in (10:15am). Arrived at 10:40am and the gate was down and nobody was answering the phone which I could hear ringing. Around 11:00 the gate was open and the person let me in and told me he was on break. Really!!? Open at 10 on break? So he told me he would have to order the screen and have it gorepaired by Wednesday (this is Monday am) ok. He would call me. Wednesday...no one called. I went there and they said that the screen they received was damaged and they ordered a second one which would arrive Friday. They would call me. Again right? Friday no call. I go back. No screen no phone calls. They said it's coming Monday for sure UPS priority. Again they will call me right. Finally 3pm Monday afternoon my wife does get her phone. The ONLY TIME THEY CALLED ME.....!

We have been to Cell Fix Pro on 3 separate occasions to fix 2 iPads and an iPhone. Each time our issues were solved quickly and professionally. In addition the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I went in to get my Mac book fixed for $530. After a week the screen still didn’t work. Took it back only gave me a 20 dollar refund to only wait another week for them to tell me they ordered the wrong color in screen for my mac book and it will be another week. Called them once more to ask how much longer and they tell me they can’t fix my computer. They are irresponsible, and have no sense to the fact that I have college finals this week and needed this computer to be done. I suggest no one goes there unless you want to pay an unwilling amount for your device to never actually get fixed. Now I do not have a computer for my finals and they are okay with that. All they had to say is “when could you come pick up your computer.” Worst place to ever step foot in. Just shows how reading PA people can truly be…

I went there hoping they could fix an issue I was having with my phone. I even mentioned what I believed the issue was. The guy then assumed it was a screen issue which didn’t make sense but I thought he knew what he was doing. After getting my phone back the issue was not fixed and he also managed to crack my original phone screen. He did not even offer to fix it..

Don't bother. I called for a screen replacement, was told I would be without a phone for 2 hours. That sounded reasonable, so I agreed to bring the phone in. When I dropped it off, the guy at the counter told me it would take 5 hours, not 2, because they had to use glue and the glue needs time to dry. Again, although a little inconvenient, still reasonable enough. 6 hours later, I hadn't heard anything so I gave the store a call. I was told that they hadn't even started working on my phone. The guy at the counter was waiting for the store owner to come in and work on it. At this point I'm frustrated. Why hire someone who can't do the work without you? And if the owner NEEDS to be there, why wasn't he? I told him when I would be stopping by. As I write this, it has now been FIFTY THREE hours, and they still haven't begun work on it. They hang up when I call, or promise to call back and then never do. I'm getting ready to drive down and pick my phone up. I'll find somewhere else to do the screen replacement.

Horrible experience. I told the employee at the desk I wanted to take my phone home to contemplate my decision. He said my phone would be returned without any changes; his coworker then emerges with my phone, explaining he changed the battery and screen after I specifically said not to do so. Worst of all, the phone didn’t even work after the adjustments, and I ended up replacing the phone entirely.

Needed a complete glass and LCD replacement. Gave them my phone before closing on a friday and got it back late afternoon the following afternoon. Very quick turnaround which is very important as I rely on my phone for work. The reason for three instead of 5 stars is as follows: my front facing camera is dirty. Photos come out smudged. I would expect paying $150 for a glass replacement to have it cleaned before install. To have it cleaned I would have to remove the glass which is very tricky and time consuming. It's not worth risking breaking the glass to clean it so now my front facing camera is all smudges.

My son was having problems with the charge port on his iPhone 8. I called the store and was quoted $90 to replace the port. Better than having to buy a new iPhone I guess. Went into the store that same evening. We were greeted by two friendly employees. My son described the problem. They said it just might need a deep cleaning which was only $20. They said if the cleaning didn’t work, then they would have to replace the port. Five minutes later, the phone port was clean and worked like a charm. Honest customer service is rare these days. I went in thinking it was going to cost us $90, and only had to spend $20 thanks to their honesty. I would highly recommend Cell Fix Pro to everyone.

Amazing customer service!!! They ordered a new screen for my Revvl 2 and it came in only a week! Then they replaced my cracked phone screen with a brand new screen in store in under 2 hours! The two gentlemen who were in the store were both courteous and very knowledgeable when my husband and I had some questions. They went above and beyond. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place for broken or shattered phone screen repairs and other phone accessory needs.

I really expected a great experience, especially since a family member who used to work at Best Buy recommended Cell Fix. Unfortunately my experience last Friday evening was super disappointing. When I walked in, the sales guy had his buddies hanging out at the counter. They all looked at me & no-one said anything - no hello, no can I help you - nothing. I walked up to the counter anyway, explained how my S6 had died, and the guy working there just stared at me, paused a beat, and said "So what do you want me to do?" Seriously?! I replied "How about try and repair it?" He shrugged, took my phone, walked a few steps back to the table, tried to power on the phone (no luck), then came back & said "If you want the screen replaced, it's $230." I never even said anything about the screen, but whatever. I said "That seems a little high. My husband said if the repair is over $100 we'd just buy a new phone." I barely got the sentence out of my mouth, and the guy laughed at me. I quickly took my S6, and asked if I could use a phone to call my husband who had just dropped me off. The worker said "Well, I guess I can be nice", and hands me the phone. I left the store shaking - I was so upset. I ended up going to Best Buy right after and bought a new phone. I told them about my experience, and how Cell Fix was recommended by their former employee. The Best Buy guy said "Oh, we used to recommend them all the time, but that was a few years ago. We don't recommend them anymore." This is a rather long story, but I'll never set foot in that store again, nor will I ever recommend them. The only time I would recommend them is if you tell me you want to shop in a store where the workers are NOT helpful, NOT pleasant, and they make you feel like a complete idiot.
