Best cell phone store in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania (PA) 2025

Called here to see if they were available to repair my wifes broken cell screen. Was told yes bring it in (10:15am). Arrived at 10:40am and the gate was down and nobody was answering the phone which I could hear ringing. Around 11:00 the gate was open and the person let me in and told me he was on break. Really!!? Open at 10 on break? So he told me he would have to order the screen and have it gorepaired by Wednesday (this is Monday am) ok. He would call me. Wednesday...no one called. I went there and they said that the screen they received was damaged and they ordered a second one which would arrive Friday. They would call me. Again right? Friday no call. I go back. No screen no phone calls. They said it's coming Monday for sure UPS priority. Again they will call me right. Finally 3pm Monday afternoon my wife does get her phone. The ONLY TIME THEY CALLED ME.....! ~Neil
