Whopper Jr hard as a rock one side was overcooked and was cold they didn't give me a receipt and one was not taped to the bag. I called a few times and Noone answered the phone. Seems like bad service is the normal now.I tossed the burgers in the trash, don't need food poising from old food sitting around. People need to be held accountable for the food they serve.I guarantee they wouldn't have eaten it either. Waste of money.

I ordered my meal and added 4 sauces and they charged me for all of them, never said that they would charge me for them, and made my meal more expensive than it should have been. I talked to the person at the window to see if I can get my receipt to see what I was charged for and they said they couldn't do that. I proceeded to go in and ask them about my receipt or at least to see what i was charged for and they went to the back, tried to avoid me for about 7 min, looking around the corner to see if i was still standing there, and when they finally approached me, they did not help me and said the person at the window was the manager and there was nothing they could do. Very unprofessional.

It made me give at least 1 star but honestly this is a joke person taking order is rude as can be, 10mins to get to window to pay cashier is rude, can hear them yelling at each other with window closed, get to window to pick up food and they are confused and asking what you ordered only to wait another 10mins to get the food! This has to be a joke!

Came in at 7:55pm August 25th, guy standing at the register didn't say a word and shortly after walked around and locked the doors. As I continue to stand at the register the manager comes out and doesn't say anything, however the employees continued to talk amongst themselves. I didn't know you closed at 8, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged.

Every SINGLE time I attempt to get decent food from this location it’s always 100% dog cr@p. Workers including management have no customer service experience or simply don’t care enough to speak to others/customers with basic manners. Nasty mannered people making nasty food - what a shocker!!

I ordered 2 whoppers with no tomatoes, no cheese, and a medium onion rings. Could understand what he say but pull around to the window. He said something again in person and could really understand. He said something about cheese. Get my food and paid cash. Get to work and start eating my food. Not only was there cheese on it. But there was tomatoes on my sandwich. Also didn't get a receipt to call or get my free whopper for need time.

We only saw ONE person working there and he seemed angry, annoyed that we were ordering. The price of the order wasn't given until you pulled up to the window and we waited 30-40 minutes and he's taking one order at a time! Other cars are driving off and can't just leave because we already ordered! /sigh We recommend driving the extra mile to Xenia location. Great staff and fast service.

Went through the drive-thru and was able to order and get my food fairly quick. The food was warm and tasted good and the workers were really friendly. This location used to be horrible to go to but it seems like it's gotten a lot better.

This is the 2nd worst Burger King in Ohio. I have been there 3 times in the past few months. They are often missing items on the menu, cold food, or food that has been sitting on their heat rack for hours. Tonight I tried to order the Ch'King (more like Fu'King never have it). Last 3 times not available. I have worked in pizza places for 5 plus years. I can understand a busy night running out of items but when it is a common occurrence you need to remove the item from your menu(s).Tonight I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger as well. Refer to photo the below. Normally a double cheeseburger has 2 patties but looks like you get 2 pieces of bacon instead of double meat. And 90 percent of the sandwich is bread. They should have never re-opened this place after the fire. Will not be going to this location in the future!

Went later in the evening. Wasn't sure if open. Lights on, but no smoke coming from roof. Showing that they were still making whoppers. Pulled up to menu board to order, could hear female talking. But not asking for my ordered. Waited a few minutes, still hadn't been asked what I would like. So I interrupt her conversation. Asking if it was okay to order. A male voice came across the speaker telling me to wait. With in a couple of minutes he came back asking what I would like. I told him the whopper special, 2 for $10. Was told they were out of whoppers. But they did have the whopper Jr. So I asked if I could have them for the 2 for $10. Was told no, it would cost more money. I informed the male voice he didn't have to be so rude. So I asked for the 2 chicken for $10 special. I was asked for my drink order. I replied ice coffee for both. Male voice responded, rudely saying pop only. I responded that I don’t drink pop. Could I have something else. Was told again pop. So I asked for tea, he responded with my total. Told me to pull forward. After getting my food, I went home and opened the bag. I couldn't believe the quality of food I received. Money is tight for a lot of people, so when you do get to go out to eat. It should be worth the money you are spending. I filled out the customer survey on the receipt that night. But have not heard back from any one. This happened on a Friday night and the next day I drove back to the same location for lunch. Asked for a whopper meal. Was given, what I asked for. Made a comment to the cashier. You must have gotten a delivery of whoppers this morning. And she politely said no. Told me that they're had whopper. Delivery was early in the week. So basically the male voice from the night before lied, he just for what ever reason didn't want to do his job. What ever happened to workers taking pride in there work? I understand alot of companies are short staff. I don't mind the wait. I do mind being lied to and totally be rude. That I don't have to put up with. I am posting pictures of the food I received, asking the readers of my comments, would you have paid $10 plus tax for this order?
