Great service and really helpful. Turned in my rental after extending 3x. the total on return from my $1600, they got that price down to the daily rate and only paid $800. Will definitely use them again

Customer service was amazing. We had to extend longer than our original date and we did it with ease. The guys in the front had amazing customer service and was not rude about me having to wait in their lobby. I get anxiety about waiting around but they made me feel comfortable and wasn’t rude about me having to chill in their lobby.

If I could give this could give this place a zero, I would! My car was in the shop so Hyundai paid for me to get a rental through here. I had to kill a black widow that was crawling on me while on the freeway. Then a week later another black window was hanging on the driver window. Luckily I wasn’t driving this second time. They are lucky I did not get bitten or my son! And when I told them, all they had to say, “ what? Spiders?” Yes spiders and not just any, Black Widows! Never again!

Don't rent here, you could rent a car that's been reported stolen! This can send your life and career in a spiral thanks to these unqualified business owners. This is happening across the nation. Hertz, really does hurt 😢.

I came to this place because I had a good experience when I rented a car last year. We are now renting a car for the past 8 weeks due to needing to buy another car. So, after the first week, I called to extend the rental and the man who I spoke with didn't properly extend it resulting in Hertz trying to hold extra money on my card that luckily was flagged as fraud on my card. Then I start getting calls that the car wasn't extended and it was overdue. I initially was only told 200 would be held on my card and that when I took the car back I would pay the balance. Ok so I call the Hanford office and spoke with a female who said the extra charges were because the car wasn't extended and the male didn't update the system. This issue didn't happen until this week. I called at the end of the week to extend again and spoke to a male (same male). I extended it and the next day I saw a charge of $30 and today $49. I start getting calls the car is overdue for extending and bringing it back. I call and spoke with the same female who said the last time it wasn't updated in the system. I explained to her that I was seeing the same charges as the previous incident on my card and she acts dumb like she doesn't know what I am talking about. I then tell her that I finally am buying a car and am bringing it back early. So she updated the system. I then told her that due to the employee who doesn't know how to do his job and didn't update the extension, my card now is lacking the credit needed to pay for the balance when I take the car back. She literally did not comprehend what I was saying and kept saying it wasn't a charge but a hold. Like seriously do these people not know how holds on cards work? Yes its a hold but it also affects the credit available!!!!! She then says she will speak to the male employee and no apology or anything just so unprofessional. And on top of that I had to call a second time to get her to admit they were in the wrong. I literally will not use this rental place again.

wanted to get away for mother's day and this was my first time renting a car for a day trip. made a reservation through another company but reservation was accidentally cancelled. at 9 AM contact Hertz and they inform us they have a car available for myself and my children. i originally planned for a Chevy at the other location but Hertz had a Cadillac available when we arrived. what started out to be a bit of a disappointing morning ended up being the beginning of a very relaxing and much needed trip to the coast. store clean, inviting, staff professional, car well cleaned. plan to go here again for future car rental needs. great location. right off the highway. dining close by and great local shopping
